Chapter Two

Sehun lied on his bed. His limbs sprawled everywhere, his eyes looking at the ceiling. He's been like this for over an hour. Sun was already setting, making the white walls of Sehun's room illuminated with beautiful orange colour of its last rays. Sehun didn't really care about the sun at this point. He was thinking about reunion - tomorrow evening he'll meet him. Man who broke his heart. How much he wanted to meet Luhan. How desperately he wanted to get his attention back then and even now after four years.

During those four years Sehun went through hard times. From chubby young boy who was bullied - mostly by Luhan, he transformed into handsome young man. He was no longer nerdy. At least he didn't let it show. He tried hard to be like others, so that he wouldn't get bullied ever again. But how can one change his nature? He was still nerd deep inside, still not that friendly with people around him, still thinking about him - guy who made his life in high school a living hell and yet he liked him until now.

Sehun fell asleep deeply from all that thinking.

Rays of a morning sun started to illuminate the world outside - it was morning. Sehun stirred. Fluttering his eyes open, he looked at the alarm clock on his bedside table. It was something after 6am. Usually too soon for him to wake up but today he couldn't sleep any longer. Because of excitement, he thought. There was one obstacle he needed to overcome. To wake up Kai. He needed to discuss some details of their 'relationship'. Sehun smiled at that thought and right away blushed when he realised that he had kissed Kai on his cheek from the happiness. Today will be awkward. After 6 years... instead of a handshake or casual hug he had to give him a kiss. Sehun was always impulsive, that being one of his flaws that stayed with him until today.

After having his breakfast, this time he actually ate his cereals and cleaned the table - he's Ohdult after all, he went back to his room. His mother was already at work and Sehun had to prepare himself and Kai, of course, for evening. Everything has to seem perfect, that they are crazily in love with each other. He needed just one thing now and that was to wake up that sleepy head next door. Memory of Kai's hair and naked torso from yesterday morning came up in his memories. Kai changed as much as Sehun, from boy to handsome young man. His body wasn't like it used to be... his abs clearly defined. Sehun shook his head. What was he thinking about? He's supposed to do something else.

Sehun came close to a wall in his room. Wall that he shared with Kai. In the past they used to have signals. Knocking on the wall was usual for them at that time. But after Kai's constant rejection, Sehun stopped with his knocking on the wall as well as knocking on their front door every day. He could hear what music Kai listened to, when he talked loudly Sehun could hear what Kai was talking about. And also, when Kai brought home his boyfriend and his parents weren't at home. He could hear all the noises they were making. Since then every time he knew Kai's parents weren't home and Kai was currently in relationship, he rather spent time downstairs in living room watching TV or reading a book, rather than listening to that porn that was happening on the other side of the wall.

He knocked. Nothing. Maybe Kai was still asleep. He tried again. Still nothing. Again. Nothing. Just after a while he heard a loud banging on the wall from the other side. ''I got it Sehun! Don't knock anymore. Or else I'll knock YOU up and I'm not sure if you'd like it.'' Kai yelled. His voice was audible even from the other side.

Sehun knocked five times in a row. That meant 'OK'. He didn't know if Kai still remembered. After a few seconds he got a response: two knocks - pause - two knocks. Coming to you. Sehun couldn't help but let his mouth stretch into wide smile - Kai still remembered.

''So why did you have to wake me up so early with your annoying knocking on the wall?'' Was the first sentence Kai said right after Sehun opened the front door for him.
