••A three and a half years later•••

I was dancing down the hall singing black veil brides rather loudly.
Swinging open the door to the washer and dryer, I continued my mother chores of doing laundry.
"Iiinn the eeennd as you fade into the niiiight who will teeell the story of your-" my chorus was interrupted by a little voice.
"Mooommmyyy" my almost three year old baby boy whined. "Yes, my little angel?" I asked bending down to kiss his cheek.making him giggle "I'm hungry, sammich?" He asked with a cute lisp. "What do you say Silas?" I asked (Silas being his name) "pweeaaaaasseee" he drew out topping it off with a cheesy smile. I chuckled "I'll race you there" I challenged
Resulting in him to speed off to the kitchen and plop down at the little kids table set he insisted on.
I giggled and told him I'd be right back with his sandwich.

James was at work, see he went to work during to day and when he got back I went to work at night.

Handing Silas his plate I heard a knock on the door. Sighing I went and swung the door open, shit. I should of looked in the peep hole.

My eyes widened as a gruff looking Jeff stood before me. "Mia, I see I was correct about James lying" he smirked. I choked on air practically
"J-Jeff." Was all I would spit out. I soon realized Silas was just a couple feet away eating. "You need to leave. Now. I don't want you here." I said my maternal instincts kicking in.

"Look the boys wanted to come visit. They miss James" he said making it clear they didn't miss me. "Well James isn't here right now. And where are the boys then?" I asked suspicious. "They're in the car, for Christ sakes. Look can they just come in and wait for him to be home I have to go do stuff and I don't want them. They're like children" he said with disgust. I rolled my eyes "sure, as long as you stay away" I said narrowing my eyes.
"Oh I see the bitch grew a pair, huh. They'll be right in" he grunted walking away.
As soon as he was gone I panicked, if only he knew that Silas would very possibly be his son.
Walking quickly to him seeing he was almost done eating. "Hey dude, look you remember all the stories daddy told about his friends?" I asked Silas. He nodded his head smiling with his mouth stuffed with sandwich. I chuckled before telling him to chew and swallow.
"We'll see they're gonna be here really soon. To visit daddy, but because he's at work there gonna be here waiting to surprise him" I explained. He instantly smiled and giggled before getting out of his seat. "I wanna see them! Where are they?" He asked jumping up and down. "Baby, they're gonna be here in a couple-" I was interrupted by they sound of the door slamming open.
"Mia!!" Skip exclaimed running up and hugging me. "Skip!" I laughed hugging his quickly before pulling away to greet the other boys.
Looking behind me I saw Silas' excitement turned to fear. And he hugged my legs hiding.
"And who's this little fella?" Beau asked squaring down and inspected the child clinging to my legs. "This is Silas, my son" I said nervous if they're reaction.
I scooped him into my arms and held him to my chest as he clung to me.
The boys just stared, and a flash of hurt shone in Luke's eyes. "Is this why you guys took off? Cus you got pregnant?" Jai asked wide eyed. I shook my head "we didn't know till two months later.. It's um complicated.." I looked down.
Skip nodded.
"Well I don't get it, who's his father?" Luke asked his voice cracking. My heart skipped a beat, "I um, James is." I stuttered. The boys giving me a look. And then suddenly James swung open the front door and took off his shoes.
A look of surprise crossed his features, "uh hi boys" he muttered wide eyed.
"Daddy!" Silas yelled squirming out of my arms and ran to James and jumping into his Arms.
"Aye mate! We just came for a visit" beau greeted waving.
James looked down at Silas, "why don't you and mommy go put a movie on for you to watch?" He asked him. Silas nodding frantically and ran to me pulling me to the room.

I put in 'finding nemo' for him and kissed his forehead. "I love you my angel" I murmured. "I love you too mommy now let me watch my fishies" he said giggling. I just chuckled and waved goodbye walking out.

When I walked in to where the boys where, I just smiled awkwardly and sat my James on the couch. He wrapped an arm around me, and I could feel lukes stare. "So why did you guys leave? Cus an 'it's complicated' doesn't cut it" skip said seriously. My eyes widened, James looked at me to see if I was okay with them knowing. I just nodded and shrugged. Closing my eyes.

"The truth is that Jeff forced Mia to get an abortion, and then raped her. So we ran" James sighed. The boys all shared a look of disgust, "so you where pregnant with my baby?" Luke asked his voice cracking. I nodded solemnly.

I looked toward Luke to see his jaw clenched and face red. "That bastard, I trusted him" he growled. Jai sighed "we all did. I think we all knew he wasn't a good guy the second we found our about a sex slave" Jai comforted him.

"I'm so sorry Mia.." Skip muttered the boys nodded.

"Wait.. So if Jeff.. Could Silas?" Beau drew out. I gulped closing my eyes
