Liv's POV

When I got home, I was still a little shaken up from meeting Justin. By now, my headache was gone and it was almost lunch time. Harper was supposed to come then. Because she would be doing me a favor by staying with me this week, I decided to have lunch ready for her. Also, I wanted to get my mind off of how stupid I was to blow a once in a lifetime chance. I was never going to meet him again, and all I did was hug him and walk away. Why was he even here? He didn't have a concert scheduled here for another month. A concert a wouldn't be going to. My parents don't really approve or understand my love for Justin. My mom acts like she gets it and is okay with it, but my dad just doesn't like him at all.

I started making lunch. Harper's favorite was Mac 'N Cheese and steak. Just as I was about to finish, the door bell rang. Harper was here! I got the door and helped her bring in her things. She got really excited when I told her I made food. Harper loves Justin as much as I do so that's part of the reason we are so close. Also, it might helpt that we've known each other since kindergarten. As we ate, I started telling her about my morning. When I told her I went back to the tire section to get a present for my dad she laughed at me.

"What on earth would he do with random tire? I swear, you are the worst gift giver ever," she half laughed half said.

"It's not my fault I had a pounding headache and just wanted to leave. Besides, I didn't have time to get the tire," I said, defending myself.

She looked at me in her "tell me what happened" look.

I took a deep breath, knowing she was going to freak out and said," I met Justin Bieber." I closed my eyes in anticipation of the response. I opened one eye to see her looking probably similar to me when I first saw him. She was going to scream in 3...2...

"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHH! NO WAY! NO FREAKING WAY! YOU MET JUSTIN BIEBER?! THE JUSTIN BIEBER."

I got a huge smile on my face and giggled a little, " Yes! You wouldn't believe how amazing it was. It was just as I imagined...Bu-"

She cut me off. "Tell me everything right now! How was his hair? Does his voice sound the same in person? Was he taller than you? What was he wearing? Did he show you his abs? Did he sing for you? Were his eyes beautiful? Oh my gosh! You met Justin Bieber. Why didn't I come last night?!"

She took a deep breath, probably gasping for air after bombarding me with questions all in one breath. Before I even got a chance to answer, she looked at me quizically, "Why was he here? In Minnesota? I thought his concert was next month."

I looked at her with an "I have no clue" look. "I was thinking the same thing.." I trailed off. I looked back up at her and she was staring at me like I was insane. "WELL? Tell me what happened! I wanna hear everything!"

I nodded and proceeded to tell her. "I tapped on his shoulder, not knowing it was him, and asked him to help me find a tire..."

She stopped me. Laughing she said," You, asked Justin Bieber to help you find a tire?! That's hilarious."

"I know. He probably thinks I'm a freak. Especially after what happened next. Okay so when he turned around, all I could do was stare with my mouth open. I stood like that for a few seconds and he just kind of looked at me. Then we hugged for like 5 seconds and I pulled away saying thank you, he smiled, and I walked away. But he smelled so good!" She looked like she was kind of in shock so I nudged her a little.

She took a breath and closed her eyes looking like she was holding back to urge to kill me. "So let me get this straight. You met Justin Bieber, but all you did was hug and tell him thank you?! Are you crazy?! Didn't you even scream? Or ask him questions?"

I was a little offended, but I knew she was right. What kind of sane person would do what I did? My only excuse was that it was Justin Bieber and I was in shock. "Well, sorry-ee. You know I don't scream. Besides, he looked like he didn't really want to deal with a bunch of girls flocking around him. I couldn't think of any questions at the time. All I wanted to do was stay in him arms. He hugged my so tightly. Can't you just be happy for me?"

"Of course I'm happy for you," she smiled," I'm just a little confused. We are so different! How are we best friends?!" She hugged me and we laughed. She pulled back. "You, my best friend, met Justin Bieber, the love of my life." I gave her a shocked look and smiled. While we finished our lunch, she kept asking questions that I tried to answer as best as I could. I kind of tuned her out, thinking about what Justin was doing right now. I couldn't get him out of my head.
