LIV'S POV

I couldn't fall asleep, but Harper was out by the time we started our third movie. I went to regular tv and flipped through channels until I landed on one that had my face plastered on the screen.

"Oh, my." I gasped to myself. My face was blotchy from crying and I had a wet face and now all of America will see it.

I kept watching, and found out the segment had just started. "We learned today that Justin Bieber has a new love interest. His girlfriend, Olivia Strauss is from Minnesota-- an unlikely location. According to Strauss, her and Bieber met at a Target store before his concert in Minneapolis. Now, that was a few months ago. Bieber and Struass have been dating indefinitely since then." I scoffed at the lie. "Today, in Hollywood, they were seen together offically for the first time, but also for the last. On the famous Walk of Fame, there was an ultercation between Bieber's girl and her father. Apparently, Mr. Strauss doesn't want his little girl being exposed to Bieber and his life. Justin and Olivia were forcefully separated and I can only imagine what the consequences are for Strauss. Poor Bieber, though. Through the various recordings of the surrounding crowd, you could hear Bieber stand up for their relationship. In that conversation, he said that she makes him want to be a better person and she is the best thing that has happened to him. Now, I'm not the biggest fan of JB, but we got to see a new side of him today. Today, he was vulnerable and he was emotional. Bieber cried at the scene as well as his girlfriend. I can't help but wish the best for the two of them.
If either of you are watching this, stay strong-- we're rooting for you."

By the end, they were showing a slideshow of the pictures taken and I started crying in bed.

I went to some othere celebrity news channels just because I was curious and came across a few very similar to the last one, but also some negative ones. Comments like, "They're too young to understand true love." "Does Bieber really think she's in love with him and not just his money?" or "They never had a chance." enraged me. I turned the TV off and threw the remote across the room.

I laid down in bed, but I couldn't force myself to keep my eyes closed.

JUSTIN'S POV

I tried calling Liv at least twenty times, but it went to voicemail right away. Either she was ignoring me or her phone was taken; I was hoping and betting on the latter.

I crawled in bed early and just lie there. I felt so numb yet so sad and helpless. I mainly felt bad, though, becasue I just ruined the best thing in my life and Liv's life will suck for the next few months until she graduates.

I laid in bed for a few hours: writing, listening to music, and just sitting in silence. I decided to turn the TV on an caught a story about us. "... we're rooting for you."

Tears had begun to fall as I craved Liv's presence. She's the only person who could make me feel better right now, but I'm sure she's feeling the same way.

I had burried my face in my pillow and had let out a steady stream of tears before my door opened. I peaked out of the corner of my eye to see Scooter there with a sympathetic look on his face.

He sat down on the corner of my bed and began to talk while I stayed in my orignial position. "Justin..." He just paused for a moment. "I'm so sorry, bud. I didn't realize she meant that much to you." I tried to stay unresponsive but his ignorance was making it hard. "I tried to stay away from you because I knew she was here this week and I just wanted to let you go through the motions of another fling without constantly pressuring you. I never would have guessed you'd fall in love with her... but your mom did and she's on her way here. She called me and I set up a flight for her that left this morning."
