The rest of the week goes by slowly, and I am glad. I am not looking forward to my doctor's appointment with my family.
It is day 6 at night and I realize that my doctor's appointment is tomorrow.
It's already Saturday?! That means the doctor appointment I'm dreading is tomorrow! I don't want to go to my doctor's appointment! My family has to come with, and usually they don't have to come with! What if something happened to Dr. Jensen and she is now evil? What should I do?!
No Rin, calm down. Dr. Jensen didn't turn evil. Your family has to come with to make sure everything is ok. Dr. Jensen probably wants to take tests on my family. It's for my growth. It's to make sure to meet the requirements. It's to make sure I don't have any diseases that could harm the society. It's all ok...
I have calmed down now and I am not worrying about the doctor's appointment.
I should have done this on day 1 when I couldn't concentrate in class and I was all worried!
I decide to text Lily. I bring up the texting on my phone and say hi to Lily.
"Hi Lily," I text.
"Hi Rin. What's up?" she texts back seconds later.
"Not much. I'm just bored in my room. You?" I reply.
"I've been looking at a fashion magazine," she replies.
"Did I disturb you?" I ask.
"No, no. It was getting boring anyway," she texts back.
"Oh. I thought you were really into fashion! Now you are saying you are getting bored of it?!" I say.
"I'm not bored of fashion. I just wish some new trends would come out," she says.
"Oh, that makes sense!" I say.
"You have your doctor's appointment tomorrow, right?" asks Lily.
"Yeah, I do," I say.
"You were talking about how your family has to come with you this time?" she asks.
"Yeah, they all have to come with me," I say.
"You are coming close to the end of having them so often," she says.
"Really?" I ask.
"Yes. Soon you will have them like normal," she tells me.
"That's nice. I don't like having them so often," I say.
"Oh yeah, I never asked you. How do you like the current trends?" she asks.
"I like them. I haven't of had the chance to wear most of the clothes yet. I did try them on at the store, but I haven't worn them after," I say.
"Tell me tomorrow how you like them," she says.
"Ok, I will," I say.
"Do you have any new classes?" asks Lily.
"Yeah I do. I have an expressive arts class, animation class, and a class on virtual realities," I say.
"I can't remember, what are virtual realities?" asks Lily.
"It's when you use your brain to connect and you play virtually. Remember?" I say.
"Now I remember. It just slipped my mind. Thanks for reminding me Rin," says Lily.
"No problem. You usually don't forget things, do you?" I say.
"No, I don't," she says.
"I have to go now. I have to get ready for bed and all. Tomorrow I will tell you how I like the latest trends," I say.
