Lana, still in the arms of this mysterious, well-toned woman, found herself clinging to her for dear life. The woman looked down and laughed at the sight before releasing her grip on Lana once they landed on the shelf below them. Lana watched as the woman pulled her grappling hook back down into her hands before facing Lana again.
"We're gonna have to climb down onto the ground, you might have to climb onto my back since I can't really jump from this distance and I need both hands, are you alright with that?"
She asked, looking up at Lana as she easily exceeded the height of the woman by a couple of centimetres. Lana, looked off into the distance for a second, nervously fidgeting with her blonde-ish ginger curls.
"Yeah, that's alright."
She mumbled under her breath. The woman nodded as she turned around and squatted down for Lana to get on her back.
"You can get on now."
The woman said, waiting for Lana to climb onto her back. Lana froze as she stared down at the woman, she just couldn't believe what she was about to do. A small huff of breath escaped her lips, hoping to cool off at least a little as she rested her hands on the woman's shoulders before gripping onto them to haul her legs up and underneath the woman's arms in order to secure herself.
"I suppose we should get going now, if you're comfortable, of course."
Lana said, her reddened face betraying her facade of trying to come off as calm. Without even getting to hear an answer, she felt the woman getting up which caused her to grip onto the muscular shoulders in front of her even tighter. The woman secured her grappling hook once again before starting to climb down, as if the living weight on her back was nothing to her. After a couple of minutes of climbing, both girls made it down onto the ground. Lana got off the woman's back and gave her a minute to catch her breath.
"Now that we're on the ground, I'm going to need you to listen to me very carefully. The things I said about the dangers of this place are very much true as you can also guess, I'm going to need you to stay close to me at all times. Though before we go, may I learn your name?"
The woman asked, crossing her arms as she stared up at Lana.
"Uh, my name is Lana, Lana Gardner. I could not thank you enough for helping me out of there, I shall blindly follow your lead and not once leave your sight, I promise."
Lana said as she gave the woman an awkward smile, as thankful as she was, she was also pretty exhausted and still quite terrified if she had to be honest. The woman smiled back at her, a warm and honest smile before laying a hand on one of Lana's shoulders, noticing the little rips of it and the seams coming apart underneath her touch.
"No need to thank me, I would save everyone here if I could but I wasn't even thinking of taking someone else with me to be honest. You're lucky you caught my attention, you crazy woman."
She laughed before adding;
"Oh and my name is Vitória Silva, hopefully we'll get to leave this torture chamber before we disappear with these names, come on."
Vitória said before taking Lana's hand into hers as she started carefully walking away from the giant shelves looming above them.
"Um, Vitória, just how big is this factory? I mean of course it is naturally humongous to humans such as ourselves, but just how are we supposed to get around on our own?"
Lana asked, slightly embarrassed by how much her hands were sweating with the sheer amount of nervousness bubbling up inside of her, the size of all the objects and feet stomping around them not quite helping her case.
