She smiled and walked over with Drusilla and Anastasia floating close behind.

"Hello, Miss Luna. Is the Master away?" she asked in her usual professional tone.

Luna gave a small nod and raised a brow, as if asking why she was looking for him. Well, she could already guess. The maid had walked in holding a bowl of ramen, after all.

Her gaze shifted to the two Bangboos, and they immediately ducked behind Rina's back.

Unlike with Alpha, the two constructs didn't dare to make snark comments when they first met Luna... Well, they did, but the next thing they knew, they were floating in the Void for God knew how long before she let them out again.

That was more than enough to keep them docile around her ever since.

"Would you like to try the ramen the Master taught me?" Rina offered, since it would be a waste if she just threw it away. "I followed every step he taught me, and I'm pretty happy with how it turned out—"

The door leading to the store next door opened, and Ellen walked into the living room with Corin at her side. Her brow shot up the moment she saw Rina standing there with a bowl of... ramen, judging from the smell, next to the Queen.

Yes, Queen. That was the word Ellen had decided the first time she laid eyes on Luna, and it stuck. Even in her standby form, she had that presence, the kind that warned you not to cross her unless you wanted to pay for it... Not that she ever saw her human form, but honestly, she didn't need to.

Luckily, Luna wasn't the type to boss people around.

Most of the time she didn't speak to anyone from Victoria Housekeeping at all. She'd give a nod here or there, but that was it... except for the one time Drusilla and Anastasia thought it was a good idea to make a snark comment about her. They regretted it instantly, and Ellen remembered the way the two spoke gibberish when the Queen turned on them.

The shark Thiren stepped in front of Luna without a second thought.

"Oh, Ellen, would you please step aside? I'm offering Miss Luna the ramen I made using the Master's recipe." Rina smiled sweetly at her junior. Normally, this kind of behavior would have made her reprimanded the shark girl, but she couldn't possibly do it in front of their employer, right?

Sweat rolled down Ellen's temple. She knew she was in serious trouble.

Lycaon once told her and Corin that no one should ever taste Rina's cooking and they had to do everything they could to prevent that from happening.
