A Naruto x Zenless Zone Zero crossover story with Punishing Gray Raven elements included. He was the strongest, the smartest, but also the most mysterious of all.
Someone asked a question, does Billy still have his transformation after being modified by Naruto? The answer is Yes, he didn't touch any of that since he only rework a small portion inside Billy's body.
Moving on to next question, characters openly introduced in the main story were already teased in the vague opening, or sometimes in narrations that readers might've missed, or even in the Side and Short Stories.
So, no, I'm not suddenly introducing new things without hinting them first. If you missed the hints, then do not blame me. Ever since the earlier chapters of this story, I've already mentioned that this series connects to my other one which takes place in the same universe.
Also, Omniframes are not the only one he created, there are others too, including the ones appearing in this chapter. The NEDF knew and worked with them, but didn't have power over them since they're under Thelema, and Magus hated a certain member inside the group.
Let's start the story.
Disclaimer, first chapter!

At a different location in Hollow Zero, around the same time Naruto ate the dirt and Belle was unconscious.
Eous ran.
He ran like a madman despite being just a Bangboo with squishy little legs. Behind him, the examiner carrying the data chip Belle needed to join the Defense Force's exploration team chased after him like her life depended on it, her glasses nearly slipping off several times already.
The Bangboo almost panicked when he suddenly lost connection with Belle, but that wasn't the only reason. He heard her cry out in pain right before the signal disappeared.
So he ran. He ran toward the designated exit Belle had mapped out for him, only to suddenly stop when everything around them became too quiet.
The examiner finally caught up and bent over slightly to catch her breath before checking the measuring device in her hand. The readings had gone wild earlier while they escaped from the research zone, but it seemed to stabilize now.
Her frown deepened before she fiddled with the device.
"Ehn-na!" (Let's go!) Eous called out anxiously.
"Wait," the examiner said between breaths. "The spike earlier messed with the gauge. I need to recalibrate it unless you want us running into Ethereals the whole way there."
Eous looked at her for a moment before reluctantly nodding.
He didn't want to waste time, but if recalibrating the device helped them avoid Ethereals on the way to the exit, then—
A screech tore through the area, and the examiner was alerted instantly, recognizing who it belonged to.
"D-Damn it!" She grabbed Eous and pulled him toward the nearest staircase, hiding behind the building.
"En-nah!?" (What's that!?)
She quickly shushed him before the two carefully peeked out from behind the staircase.
Behind one of the buildings, a massive flower-like Ethereal revealed itself.
