As Himiko opened her eyes she found herself in a familiar corridor where she was sitting on a chair right beside an open doorway but she was not the age that she is now, instead she was four years old. While sitting on the chair, Himiko was casually swinging both her legs back and forth to entertain herself, though as she did this, she began to hear familiar voices coming out from the open doorway that she had thought that she had completely forgotten, unfortunately to her they were completely loud and clear.
~Orphanage Director~
Mr and Mrs Toga, are you sure you want to put your daughter up for adoption especially especially on the age that she is?"
~Mr. Toga~
"Yes we are sure about this option."
~Orphanage Director~
"But I am certain that she had made good memories with the both of you and prefers the two of you as her parents."
~Mrs. Toga~
"No! That little girl isn't my daughter."
Mrs. Toga says this in a frantic tone as her own fear is clearly shown.
~Mrs. Toga~
"There is no way I gave birth to that little girl. She's a monster in the making."
By hearing Mrs. Toga say such a thing, the orphanage director was left completely shocked of what she just heard.
~Orphanage Director~
"M-Mrs. Toga, you shouldn't say such a thing about a child, especially one that you have raised up to now."
As Mrs. Toga begin to curl up and let her fear begin to wash over her, Mr. Toga was quick to comfort her were well doing so he then began to speak to the the orphanage director.
~Mr. Toga~
"You have to understand madam, Himiko isn't a normal child in fact I consider her as inhuman. I say this because she has a strange obsession with blood, her obsession is so strong that she physically attacked one of her preschool classmates. From the news of that very incident, we both decided that we no longer wish to be her parents."
By the orphanage director hear all of that, she let out a long sigh where after she then accepted to take Himiko into the orphanage.
~Orphanage Director~
"Very well, I would take your daughter into the orphanage."
With both Mr and Mrs Toga hearing this, they both showed expressions of joy which by the orphanage director seeing this had made her have a disgust expression on her face as she looked at the two, but she quickly shake it off and instead replaced it with a smile. From this decision made, Mr and Mrs Toga thanked the orphanage director repeatedly over and over until finally they both began stepping out of the room where by them doing so, Himiko who though had heard everything everything was actually oblivious as she then hopped off the chair and went up to her own parents.
~Himiko~
"Mommy, daddy, are we going home now?"
Though as Himiko asked this, both of her parents didn't bother to look at her as instead they both had their sights away from her, which made Himiko confused of why they weren't looking at her, wanting to grab their attention, Himiko begin to reach out her small little hand towards them, yet before her hand could get even closer to her parents, it was suddenly grabbed by the orphanage director who gently pulled her out of the way as she gave one more smile to Mr and Mrs Toga.
~Orphanage Director~
"Thank you for coming, we promise that Himiko will go to a good home."
Right after the orphanage director said this, Mr and Mrs Toga showed no reaction as they had completely blank expressions on their faces as they then began to walk away, leaving Himiko who by watching them walk away she reached out to them and even called out to them as well.
