Kim Crawford - Palos Hills Hotel - 10:02(AM)
(The top pic is Jack, my editing skills kinda ruined the mood but oh well)

After all our weapons were hidden, we went to the little cafe a few blocks away. Milton said he's been spotted there frequently. We didn't have a clear picture of him, so I hope we recognize him. We sat down in a booth, facing the door.
''Can I get you anything?'' a waitress asked us.
''Two cappuccino's,'' I said before Jack could answer. That was just to make her go away. I think I see the target, he just walked in.
''Target just walked in,'' I whispered. For now, Jack and me can only watch. We obviously can't take him down in a public place...
So for the next few weeks, me and Jack have been observing him and figuring out when to kill him.
His routine is never the same. Everyday he does something different, even if he did the same as yesterday, he'd do it in a different order today.
"Christ, Kim! We've watched him do different things everyday for the past TWO WEEKS! I say, we act for once!" Jack yelled at me.
"You know as well as I do, we can't!" I screamed back. Jack punched a wall and sat on his bed.
"Jack, this is difficult for you, I understand, but we have to take him out when he's alone. Or at least not in a public place," I told him.
"I know, Kim. It's just... I've always been the person to act fast, instead of waiting," he sighed.
Then the phone rang. I answered it.
"Hello?"
"Kim, did you get his agenda yet?" It was Milton, checking in.
"Damn, I forgot about the agenda," I murmured.
"No, not yet, but soon," I told Milton and hung up.
"Okay Jack, time for some action," I said. He jumped up and packed his gun.
I looked trough our telescope and saw that our target is at home. And he has a few guards.
"Okay, we have to wait until night and hope he goes out," I told Jack as I turned to him. He undid his black button-up shirt and threw it on the floor. His six pack was only available for my eyes to enjoy for a moment, because he put on another shirt. I sighed on the inside, if he could just keep his shirt off for a little while longer...
Then a small pain shot trough my bottom lip, and I realized I was biting it. I tried to cover the redness of my cheeks with my hair. I silently pinched myself, trying to focus. "Now what?" I asked Jack.
"We can make a plan," he said. I nodded and took a seat next to him on the bed. Jack pulled the blueprint of our target's house. After we made a plan, it was already dark. I looked across the street and saw the target getting into a limo. He took 5 women with him, and some of his men.
"Six less of his men, so we have about eight men to take out. What could be so important that he leaves so many men behind?" I said.
"Only one way to find out," said Jack. Jack stood on the roof as I shot a zip-line to the next building. Thank god for the cloudy, dark evening. Jack attached his pulley to the cable. The winds blew his hair softly out of his face. He looked at me for approval and I nodded. Within a second he zip-lined to the other building. Jack thought it would be better if I came too, but I think not. I think it's hard enough to get past security on his own, how would we both get past?
After he was out of my sight, I sat in front of the laptop, looking through the little camera in his bulletproof vest. I can see, now I just need to hear. I put in my ear piece and spoke into a small mic.
"Jack, can you hear me?" I asked, as he crawled through the ventilation box. "Copy," I heard him say.
"Okay, take the first left, then straight and then one more left. The second one is his office," I explained. Jack found it and took a screwdriver. He unscrewed the screws [A/N that sounded weird.. Can you put this in another way?] and opened the grid. I went to the window to check if there was anyone inside.
"Jack there are two men inside, take them out quietly. No bodies," I told him.
"Copy that, boss," he said. I rolled my eyes, he always thinks I'm bossy. He dropped to the floor and started fighting. I couldn't see everything clearly, but he took them out fairly quick. He was ready to take the diary with him when I stopped him.
"Don't take it! He'll know we were there, take pictures," I told him.
"He'll know anyways, two of his men are unconscious and remember seeing me," Jack told me, as he took pictures.
"But they don't know what you're doing, just that you came," I said. He went back up the vent and screwed the grid back on. Jack zip-lined back to the roof of the hotel, and within minutes he was in our room.
I uploaded the photo's to our laptop and looked through it. Then I caught something fishy. "Jack, check this out," I said. Jack looked over my shoulder as I pointed to an event.
"How does he even know about that?" Jack asked. I shrugged, "Beats me," I said.

Helloooo wonderful people🌸
So this is the last chapter written by the person I 'stole' the book from (I didn't steal it I swear she gave it to me please don't sue me😂)
So I'm gonna be continuing the book now, and I'm pretty dang scared👊
But oh well, suck it up Aurora👽
@CaptainKillianSwan is one of the best authors in the whole wattpad thingy (way to be professional) and this book will probably suck from now on, but if you're not gonna love me, at least pity me😂
This is a new genre for me to write about, so bare with me (I will never go in the marketing industries with this attitude but oh well) Butttttt I'm also really excited cause I want to see where my imagination can go.
