As we came back from the mall, we were all tired and happy that we got out. I was still a little cautious about my surroundings though. My shoulder was still hurting from the other day. We got home around 5:30 p.m., I groaned at the aches and pains that we insuing in my body. We had spent a good couple of hundred.
Ki helped Aral with the bags, while Cho and I wenr inside. Most at the mall thought we were a siblings with little sister. At one point I think my ears came out and I had to make the human ones come out as well so that they would look robotic. That was a hassel.
We had extra rooms in the house so we went to the furinture store and bought furniture for everyone. I even got me a new seashell bed. We were in and out places. The guys at the furniture store had more than likely had already been her and put the bedroom suites together.
"Ki I need for you to fill out a form for Sugar for middle school along with a school form for you and Aral to attend my high school." She answered and I was happy. "Sure no prob. Public or private for Cho?" That was a good question. "I want her to experience public first then private next. Only if public doesn't work. And the elite public school at that." "Got it. Anything else?" I heard her grunt, she and I knew that I had the hardest classes known to anyone in the school. I was known as a brainiac.
I looked to where I saw a sleeping form and I put Cho to bed. I went to my room to take a shower. Hair still wet and a blue fluffy towel wrapped atound me I went into the hallway to check up on the three new residents. I looked down the hallway and saw Aral staring out a medium sized window. He was being protective, "Aral you know well be fine right?" I snapped and the sheild of magic showed. He was surprised by this. "I told you we were safe. So relax." He removed himself from the window and went to his new room to hopefully get some sleep. I checked up on Ki who was snoring even before I opened her door. "Fucking sounds like a freight train." I cracked a humerous grin and laughed to myself. I opened chos door quietly and saw she was still sleeping. I left just as quietly and left her door opened a crack andd turned and the closet hallway lamp. A little nostalgic reminding me of when my mother used to so it for me when I was about chos age.
I headed to my room and flopped in my bed trying to sleep. I picked up my phine that I had left in the charger. The time reaf 10:45 p.m. I sighed and put on a alarm for the morning, knowing I 2as just going to wake uo on my own anyways. After I shut my phone off sleep overtook me. I woke up to a alarm clock blarring. I slugishly got up, I removed my bandages and saw the wounds still haven't healed all the way.
I looked beside me and saw a small person beside me. I yelped in surprise and fell out of bed. I got caught in the covers as I was falling, when I looked back up in the bed from the floor. I saw Chos sleeping body. I exhaled slowly, apparently I was causing alot of noise as I was falling off of my bed. She woke up and rubbed her eyes and stared at me. Her different colored eyes seemed to glow with happiness I saw a smile perk at the corner of her lips.
Her smile made me soften a little while untangling myself from the covers. I got up from the floor and tossed the covers back on the bed. I crawled to Cho. I wrapped my arms around her small frame protectivly and a small kiss on her head. She teansed up when I did that. "Don't worry I will not let anything hurt you." I whispered it in her ear. We stayed like that for the next few minutes. She started to get restless and it got the both of us.
"Let's go eat." She led me downstairs and sat at the table. I really didn't want to eat anything. I barely ate while Aral, Ki, and Cho ate. I went back to my room so I could wash up and put on my school uniform. I put my hair into two high ponytails. Apparently the school sent Aral and Kis school uniform. A maid took Cho to school.
"Ready you two?" As I headed back down stairs I looked at Aral and ki nodded I grabbed the homework off of the table and left with the both of them to go to school.
I pulled into the school parking lot, it was obscenely quiet. I felt my ears starting to come out. I didn't feel the watchful gaze either. My gaze went to Aral, "Go Aral." He nodded and flew to the top of the building where he used to reside til assigned to me. "Let your demon side come out imma let my out as well." She heard the seriousness in my voice, ahe did as she was told.
