Eva and Mike both looked at me as I approached them.

" Oh hey stevie, I was just talking to your guest" He said smiling at eva.
Talking or flirting!?
I thought to myself.

" I can see that" I said glaring him.
He was sweating. My inner devil smiled.
" so eva ...I just wanted to ask you something" he said avoiding me glare while rubbing the back of his neck nervously.
Eva waited for him to say something.

Is he going to ask her out?! No way in hell is happening that!

" Would you like to go out with me tonight?" He finally said.
Eva opened her mouth but I spoke first.
" She can't .She is busy" I said trying to end the conversation.
What pissed me off was he didn't seem to take my signal ,instead he looked at Eva to know her answer.
" he is right.I have some stuff to do" she said with a sorry expression . The devil inside me was grinning.

Take that mike!

" its okay .At least now you know that there's a guy next door interested " he laughed a little to shake off the disappointment.to which eva just smiled apologetically.
We bid bie to him .
I was still pissed off at eva for talking to him!
I was the last one to enter into the condo.
She turned to say something ,with a soft expression.
" Where were you when I came back ?!" I interrupted her angrily without even thinking .
" I went to the grocery across the street ." she said still stunned with my tone.
"And came back with that mike!" I yelled.
Her face turned red with anger.
" 'I am glad I came to any help' flirting asshole!" I mimicked mike.
" What's harm in that! " she yelled back ,stepping closer.
"No dating, under my roof!" I said stepping closer .
We were now only inches apart and I could feel the heat of her body .Her warm breath on my face and that flaring look in the eyes was turning me on.It took a lot of self control for me not to take her down on that floor.
" you know what ! I was about to say thank you for saving me up there from that situation ,but I am glad that I didn't ..." She looked straight in my eyes and without a blink " because... YOU.ARE.THE WORST PERSON I have ever met IN MY LIFE!!" she said each word with force and stomped back to her room slamming the door .

"Same here!!" I yelled back ,and did the same ,I too slammed the door.
I didn't want to believe that she meant every word she spoke ,but I knew I was being an ass to her.
I didn't leave my room and I was pretty sure she didnt either .
I was lying on my bed replaying her words and with every replay it hurted.I've never encountered such foreign feeling and I hated ever part of it .
I over reacted .I had no right to yell on her like that.She is an adult and she can do whatever she wants .That rule I spoke ,it was crap! There was no such rule .but I just couldn't imagine the sight of her being with some one else.
I thought of calling alex when I suddenly remembered the promise I made.

I NEED TO CHECK ON HER.

I opened the door to my room .
I hope she is fine .
I took a deep breath and turned the knob .
Luckily it was not locked.I peeked inside a little .
She was lying ,maybe sleeping ,I couldn't tell because of the darkness.The only source of light was ,that coming from the window.I went inside to get a clear look .
When I was close enough ,I noticed she was clutching the bedsheet.A tear fell from her right eye...she was crying in her sleep.
