Lucas h-h-hemmo - 02:39 am:
are you sure everything's okay? I feel like you've been avoiding me the past few days :-(

Fleur - 02:43 am:
you're still up?

Lucas h-h-hemmo - 02:44 am:
avoiding the question??

Fleur - 02:48 am:
just suprised..

Lucas h-h-hemmo - 02:50 am:
so are you??

Fleur - 02:53 am:
??

I roll over, my head becoming buried within the pillows on my bed. I let out a huge sigh, not wanting to see if Luke has even bothered to reply to my pointless reply.

Fleur - 03:00 am:
Cal you up??

Cal - 03:01 am:
I am now :/

Fleur - 03:05 am:
Maccy d's drive thru?

Cal - 03:06 am:
right now??

Fleur - 03:08 am:
why not!

Cal - 03:10 am:
Fine, but you're coming to pick me up.

Fleur - 03:12 am:
I'll be right over!!

I grab my keys and wallet from the top of a pile of clothes on the floor next to my bed. I don't bother to change from my plaid shorts and baggy t-shirt, not having to creep down the stairs as my parents room is above mine.

I send Cal a text as I reach his house, parking on the other side of the street to his house. Cal eventually comes out, rubbing his eyes, stumbling over a something as he walks up the path.

"Morning," Cal grumbles,

"Lovely to see you too," I turn the radio lower, the murmer of 'Sweater Weather' playing as we travel through the city, the lights creating shadows on the road, one of the only cars on the road. I lowely hum along to the music, Cal letting out a small laugh as he turns to look at me.

"I know about you and Luke." Cal says as he turns back to look at the road in front. I tense up, my hands gripping the steering wheel harder than before.

I stammer, not taking my eyes off the road, "What are you talking about?"

"He told me," is all he says.

"Told you what?" I have to almost beg for answers from Cal as the drive to Mc Donald's seems to be longer than ever.

"You fucked," he simply says, "at my party. Luke told me."

We sit in silence for a while, astounded by the fact that Luke knew, Calum knew, who else knew? I didn't even think Luke remembered, a hollow feeling hits the pit of my stomach.

I hesitate before simply saying, "I didn't think he remembered."

"He's paranoid." Cal lets out a cough before looking out of the passenger window. "I don't know what the hell is wrong with that boy, but he won't leave me alone, asking about you - and if I'm honest it's beginning to piss me off, so can you just talk to him please?"

This was one of the only times Cal had ever been serious with me, and from the lack of emotion in his voice, I could tell he wasn't kidding.

"Sure," I gulp down the lump in my throat, "I'm sorry - I didn't know."

"Yeah well maybe you should consider other peoples feelings before you just start avoiding them." Cal sternly says, opening the passenger door as I pull into a space.

-

I pull up outside Calum's house, not a word spoken throughout whole the drive home, just the quiet sounds from the radio filling the silence.
