I'm Done

The Dance

We walked through the door and this dance hit me like a brick. It was a huge room that was dark except for some blue, green and red lights and the light coming from the snack bar in the back.

Tara and I pushed our way through the crowd towards the wall on the right hand side. There was an area around the snack bar that was closed off by tables, with a small opening in one corner for people to get in.

We followed the outside of the tables towards the wall where Tara's friends were standing in a circle. She jumped right into the middle of the circle and started giving everybody hugs and talking about her old school.

All of a sudden, Megan ran up to me, wrapped her arms and a leg around me and started humping. I pushed her off of me and she stumbled back a few steps.

"What was that!?!?!" I yelled.

"That my friend, was the 'sexual hug'." She said. "I forgot to warn you, I'm kinda the sexual one of the group... apart from Robby." She pointed to a short chubby guy with red hair who was groping Tara. Tara slapped him.

Then the lights flickered and we looked over to the video screen. One direction started playing. I looked at Megan and she looked at me and. We both screamed.

"You like one direction?" I asked. I am a huge directioner we but nobody else in my school liked them.

"They are my absolute favourite!!!" She said "C'mon!"

She grabbed my arm and pulled me to the front of the room, right in front of the video screens and the speakers. We started dancing and singing along to the song. The DJ started walking towards us.

"Hey you guys need to move away from the speakers!!!" He yelled

"Maybe we don't want to!!!" Megan yelled at him

"C'mon guys!" The DJ said and started pushing us away from the speakers.

"Well fuck you!!!!!" Yelled Megan and she walked away pointing the middle finger at the DJ.

When we made it back to the corner where everyone else was standing, we looked at tach other and bursted out laughing.

"What happened?" Kenzie asked

"Well the douche bag of a DJ over there decided to push us away from the speakers." I said

Everyone started laughing. Robby walked up to me and was standing right behind me with his chin on my shoulder.

"Hey." He said

"Hi." I said.

"Do you like gingers?" He asked

"I love gingers. Just not the kind that stalk and grope my best friend." I said and walked over to Tara. "That Robby kid is weird."

"Yeah but just go with it. All my friends are like that." Tara explained.

I nodded my head and smiled.

I walked out the door with Tara at my side. Most of the people have already left so all we needed to do was get our sweaters from the coat check.

We walked into the room and it was completely empty except for mine and Tara's coats on coat hangers.

"Where's my sweater?" I said

Tara looked around the room and looked back at me.

"I guess someone stole it." She answered

"What!?! That was my favourite sweater!!!!" I yelled

Tara just shrugged and walked out of the room. The car ride was long and quiet. We dropped Tara off at her house and drove home. I slowly made my way up the stairs to my room. I didn't even change. I just collapsed on my bed and fell right asleep.

So there's chapter three. Sorry it took me so long to finish. Ya know. School. Well ill try to finish chapter four ASAP. Stay alive ;)
