When I get ready to take off I see most boys whispering and laughing. Here there isn't a lot of girls me and Cara are pretty much the only girls. Pulse I'm the youngest here so they doubt my skills to ride. Cara and them are the ones who pretty much only seen me ride. Also the obstacle course is a little tougher than the trails there are a lot of twist and turns. Not that I doubt my own skills but I need to be one something like it before now. I look at the group and they all give confident looks and big smiles. I look at the new guys two of the are whispering while the other one is watching carefully. Before I think about taking off I get a song in my head to motivate me. I think of "Dynamite" by Taio Cruz.

I begin to take off toward the ramp but do a quick spin around heading in the opposite direction into the woods. I hear laughs but little did they know that I was getting a better start. I ride up to the top of the ramp jumping it. Most of the people gasp in surprises that I'm back. I get through all the twist and turns alright but when I got to the wooden planks I remember seeing the other guy jumping over them and there are 4 in a row. I decide to do something different. I lift my right leg to put it over next to my left leg and slide underneath all the planks. While I'm sliding everything seems to go slowly. When I get near the last plank I prepare my leg to swing over. When my leg swinger over I used it to push me and oh bike up. While I do that I realize that I wasn't focussing on the obstacle and I hit a little wall but I used that and made a 360 turn around. Then I went up the last ramp and did a triple back-flip. When I landed I hit the brakes make me slide to where I'm facing everybody. There is silence then clapping from my group. I ride over there and get my phone from Cara I look at the time. It was 5:43 I still had to get down the hill and home.

"Hey guys I need to get home to Evie."
"Ok, we will see you later." Said Cara

When I look at the rest of the people there are whispering to there groups the new guy saw me looking at him and he gave me a little smile as I take off down the mountain. While I was riding down the hill I was thinking of what to tell Evie when I got home, but I kept on hearing noises that would get my immediate attention. When I was to a slope in the hill that I could just cruise down until hit the rode. I went down the slope almost to the road. When someone pulled out right in front of me. I tried to miss them so I went off to the side crashing my bike into a log. The person quickly got of their bike and raced over to me while I was still face down on the ground.

"Oh my are you ok?" Said the guy
"I'm ok, but what were you thinking? You can't just pull out in front of someone like that." I say to the person while they helped me up.
"I know I tried to get here before you so that I could talk to you. But you are a fast rider."

When he helped me up I dusted all the dirt off of me. While he picked stuff out of my hair. When I looked up it was the new man from the skate park. I looked up in his eyes not realizing that we were just standing there for what felt like forever.

"Hi" he said breaking the silence.
"Hi, sorry."
"No problem, my name is Matt. What's yours?"
"Ari...Nova." I say quickly making sure to not to mess up and let him know who I truly am.
"Again I'm sorry for making you crash."
"Its ok but I need to get home." He walks over and picks up my bike for me and when I'm getting on he gets on his and follows me to the road. When we hit the road he sped up next to me.
"Can I help you?" I ask still peddling.
"Well I'm going to let you go alone you hit your head pretty hard on that log back there."
"I'll be ok trust me I have hit my head on worst things."
"Oh really like what?"
"Rocks."

He looked at me with a confused look.
"Ok then" he said "but still just in case."
"What ever."
"So where are you headed?"
"Camp st."
"Oh I know the perfect way to get there."

I gave a confused look as he took a right turn on to a little dirt road. And I surprisingly followed.
