Years after they had been announced king and queen, the princess turned to her kitchen boy grown up. She looked into his perfect brown eyes and whispered the truest words she could think of, "my life doesn't seem so bad if I can spend the rest of it with you." He looked at her. "You can," he whispered, "I'm not going to leave you." She brought her lips to his softly and, after a moment of letting them linger, pulled them away. "I love you so much. I never want to lose you. You are my sun and my moon and my stars, and if there's ever a day I'm asked to live without you, I can't do it, not ever. I need you. I love you. You're my prince," she told him. And they lived happily ever after.
