Not many artists enjoy explaining themselves, what they've done or what they meant.
I don't know if it's because of all the mercury that rules my chart but I am somebody who needs to be understood.
I wonder if in 10 years I'll care about if others know what I truly meant but I have to stay true to where I'm at, and this is where I'm at.
I hope that through this booklet I can introduce you to the meaning behind my songs and the hard work I put into it.

I do get candid about suicide, mental illness and unhealthy behaviors and ideations.
There's cuss words at times.

Writing GETTIN SIKKER cost my sanity. It also lead me to desperately need to seek help and through seeking help I got diagnosed with PTSD which means Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder. It's more common than we think although we often only associate it with soldiers and war survivors. Some people experience other types of war, more nuance types of war.
I remember that when I would record this mixtape, I would spend hours sobbing, screaming and losing myself in the moment. It was as if each word I sang or rapped came from a dark place I had forgotten about and I only could access at my most vulnerable state. Turns out I'm the most vulnerable when I'm opening my heart and singing.

I dedicate this lyric book to DJ Broken Record, Anastácia Ottoni, Veronica Andromeda, Martha Costa, Mauro Silveira, Marcelo Soares, Cidão (& Nikki), GLO, Emily Rose, Gergo, Julia Guerra, The Beer Bros and Sis, My entire family, My family in Sonoma County, Kim Namjoon, Min Yoongi , M.I.A and Kim Jonghyun. All of these people made these lyrics have meaning more than they know.
