Finding Her

Oh my Goddess I f*cked up. She really left me...I'm completely starstruck right now. Thoughts won't even process correctly in my mind, unless it's the endless loop of, Oh my Goddess I f*cked up.

I called all my pack together to first handle the fire my mate left me and two gather a search group for her.

"Alright does anyone have a clue where she might have gone? Did she leave little hints to where she might go?" I ask desperate to find anything that could help about her leaving.

"Ugh, why would we tell you anything? She wouldn't just runaway if she was happy. She was running away from something..... She was running away from you...." Josephs mate concludes with a look of disgust on her face. She has no right.

"Joseph control your mate." I tell him putting some of my of my alpha voice behind it.

He tries and wraps an arm around her but she shake it off and stands up.

"No," she shouts, "he can't control me I'm his mate and his equal...That's probably why she left..." realization hit her. "You got confused and treated her like dirt, didn't you?" She demanded.

I'm breathing hard trying to calm my wolf, we don't like to be disrespected.
I walk over to her slowly and I could see some of her confidence slipping as she realized the danger she just put herself in.

I get to about a foot away from her and stop. "You mustn't forget who you speak to. I know she was your best friend, but I am still your king and I won't be disrespected." I say in a deadly calm voice.

She bows her head and exposes her neck in a sign of submission. Good she knows her limits unlike her best friend.
"Now do you have any clue where she is?"

"No. She never runs away from anything, this is the first time she ever has. I would guess she ran away with all her might far away from here." She says that last part with a little more force as her confidence comes back.

"Alright." I give her one last look as I turn around and walk back to the front.

"Since we all don't know where she went or might be going, I will divide you all into search parties to look for her."

They all nod and I dismissed them so I could be alone to think. I took advantage of her and I won't do that again. Ally is beautiful but she can't compare to Ashley. She is so elegant and lovely no one compares to her. I will treat her as my equal and I will love her more than life itself, but first I gotta get her back.

I stare into Mr.Hottie's black eyes and I start to lean into him not seeing the confusion in his eyes.

"Wait, how can we be mates your just a werewolf and I'm the vampire King." He stares a little agitated.

"Oh so your gonna reject me too, huh, great whatever I don't care I'll just get off your land now, don't worry I won't tell anyone about you rejecting me." I say as I shift and take off yet again.

I'm slammed down but not roughly because I land on something.

"Don't runaway from me, love. I'm sorry if it sounded like I was rejecting I promise I wasn't, I was just slightly confused is all. Would you please forgive me?" He asks looking up at me with the classic puppy dog eyes.

I shift back and just stare at him with so much love and adoration that happy tears start to form.

"Don't cry, love I have been waiting for you my whole life I will never reject you. I will never let you go." He says wiping a little rebel tear that escaped from my eye.

Finally I'm loved the way I'm supposed to be, this is where I'm meant to be, this is who I pray I'm meant to be with.
