Kill me with your final proclamation
And tell me now that you don't feel the same
Pity me or give emancipation
Leave me and end this now, your horrid game

I despise myself for loving you, still
Even after you have left me broken
I know I am at the whim of your will
Command and the past could be awoken.

Your smile my hostage is reflected on
And I can feel my chains grow tighter yet
And though with your departure it was done
My broken bones have not yet been reset.

I hate what you have made of my respect
I hate that you have made this pain perfect.
