Secret Romance (IM5 Colton)

Chapter 15.

*Friday, November 9th 2012*

*Cole*

I invited the boys (minus Dalton) over because it's mine and Dalton's 1 month today and I need ideas for a good anniversary. When they arrived, we sat down on my couch and started brainstorming.

Gabe: "What do you have so far?"

Cole: "Nothing, that's why I need help!"

Gabe: "Okay okay, well, you've already been to the fair twice..."

Will: "Yeah... How about you set up a romantic picnic on the beach?"

I thought about it and smiled.

Cole: "Perfect."

We talked a little more about the plans and then they left so I could set everything up. I got my phone out and called Dalton.

Dalton: Hey baby.

Cole: Hey gorgeous. Happy 1 month anniversary.

Dalton: Happy 1 month anniversary to you too my love.

Cole: Will you go to the park near my house at 7 tonight for a date?

Dalton: Of course. I'll see you then, I love you.

Cole: I love you too.

I hung up and went out to my car. I drove down to the music store and went straight to the guitar section. I thought I would buy Dalton a new one because his is looking pretty old. I found one that I knew he would like so I took it to the front desk and paid for it. It was a little expensive but Dalton's worth it. I took it out to my car and then drove home.

*Dalton*

I went to the mall after Cole called me because I needed a present for him. I went to the CD store and found Justin Timberlake's album. Cole doesn't have it yet so I think he'll like it. I turned around to go to the counter and right next to me was Justin Timberlake himself.

Justin: "Oh hey, that's my album."

Dalton: "Yeah, my boyfriend is a huge fan and it's our one month anniversary so I'm getting it for him."

Justin: "Well, after you've bought it, I can sign it for him if you want."

Dalton: "That would be awesome, thank you."

I walked over to the desk and bought the CD, then went outside. Justin came out after me and I handed him the CD. He signed it and then I got my phone out.

Dalton: "Could I get a picture of you holding the CD so he believes me?"

Justin: "Sure."

He held the CD up and smiled so I took a picture. He handed the CD to me and I smiled.

Dalton: "Thank you so much, he's going to love this."

Justin: "Of course and happy one month to you two."

I smiled again and walked away. I got in my car and drove home.

*6:30pm*

*Cole*

I put the blanket, food and Dalton's guitar in my car and then drove to the park. It's not far but I can't carry everything. I set up the picnic under a tree and waited for Dalton to come.

*Dalton*

I left my house at 6:45 with the picture (I framed it) and the CD, then drove to the park.

I got there about 10 minutes later and saw Cole's car already there. I hid his presents and walked over to a the tree where I saw Cole sitting. I walked up behind him and kissed the top of his head.
