"I think I would have rather had him cheat on me with Lila," I said glumly to Cally. She had come over after she finished at work and Harry had woken me up from our nap, going downstairs to fix dinner for the kids and us.

Cally shook her head at me. "Don't say that, Georgia. That's horrible. You and Harry have been faithful to each other for over ten years. You don't need that kind of drama in your life, especially with a new baby on the way. Honestly, let's be real now. Things can't be that bad, can they?"

I shrugged. "I don't know. I don't handle our personal finances. He's always made more income so he's had his own business managers and accountants handle our money. I just know what's in our accounts at the moment and I handle everything with my company."

Cally pursed her lips. "So what does this mean for our company? Are you going to sell? Do I need to look for a new job?"

"No! I don't want to sell the company but I need to look into who bought the shares. I'll have a meeting with the board next week I guess. I just can't believe all this has happened. I don't even know what to do about something like this. I don't have complete control of the company any more since Harry sold his half. It's pretty much all up in the air now." I heard laughter coming from downstairs from Harry and the kids and I realized how much our lives were going to change.

"What if.. what if Louis and I loaned you guys the money? We could help you out. I mean, I have to talk to him first, but I'm sure we have it. We just, we were saving for a new house. We want to have another baby in another year or two but we can put it off. I'm sure he would agree to it," Cally said.

"No, Cally, I can't take money from you guys. We'll figure something out. I promise. But thank you for the offer. It means a lot to me."

There was a knock on the door and Harry pushed it open. "Georgia? Dinner is ready. Cally, are you staying?"

Cally stood up and glanced at me before shaking her head no. "I need to get home to Louis and the baby. Think about what I said, Gee, please. And Harry, I swear, you ever put her in the hospital for a reason that doesn't involve her giving birth to my godson or goddaughter, I will personally cut your balls off myself, you hear me?"

Harry swallowed thickly and nodded. "Of course. Bye, Cally."

She hugged me goodbye and gave Harry and quick hug before she left.

"Do you need help getting downstairs?" Harry asked.

"I'm not an invalid, I can walk," I retorted.

"Okay, I was just asking," Harry said, taking my hand in his as we walked downstairs for dinner.

Anne was going to be staying with us for a while but Gemma had left for home so we all tucked in to the dinner Anne had made with Harry of baked chicken and potatoes. I zoned out for most of the dinner, barely listening to the conversation around me. I felt so trapped all of sudden, like I was a prisoner in my own home. I didn't like the idea of being confined to this house for the rest of my pregnancy. It was going to be a long four months and with Harry being gone, it wasn't something I was looking forward to at all.

I didn't know how much longer this place would even be my home now that we had lost all of our money. What did that mean for the future? Would we have to sell this home? Would we have to tap into the kids university funds to get ourselves out of debt? Even if we sold the LA house that had to give us something, right? We had bought the house for nearly $5.6 million, there was no way selling it wouldn't get us out of debt. There had to be a simple solution to this because otherwise, things weren't adding up.

I glanced at Harry from across the table and watched him play with the bone from the chicken, making it dance on his plate while Joey and Jamie laughed at their father's actions. He was so childish sometimes. How could be so reckless and ruin our future? Even if it wasn't ruined, how could he have made things so uncertain?
