"Your papers are ready." Ivory's voice on speaker filled the space in Iverson's car. "And before you say anything, I want you to know I went through great lengths and pulled all sort of strings to get you these papers on such short notice. You are no brother of mine if you've changed your mind on moving to LA."

He ran hand through his bearded face, he'd only gone back to his house to shower after leaving the police station and then he was on his way to Dan's house. It seemed the appropriate place for him to start searching for Bella again, even if it was the last thing he wanted to do.

"I'm not changing my mind." He assured his sister. "But it need to be postponed, I'm sort of under house arrest until Bella is found and even..."

"Whoa, back up." Ivory interrupted. "Who the hell is Bella, why does she need to be found and what do you mean by house arrest?"

"Blue is Bella." He said grumpily. In his mind though, they were two different people and he didn't like confusing them together anymore than he already did.

Blue was the sweet, shy girl he fell in love with over the phone five years ago and never really stopped loving. Blue had the kindest of hearts and was incapable of doing anything remotely hurtful because she was just the way he made her up to be. Pure fantasy and totally unreal.

Bella on the other hand was harsh reality, she was the girl destined to wreck havoc on his heart and turn his life upside down.

So in a simple language, Blue was Hannah Montana and Bella was Miley Cyrus.

"She's missing and apparently I'm the last person she was seen with." He said but Ivory wanted all the detail and he gave it.

"What nonsense!" She exploded once he was done. "You get on that plane and fly to me, can't leave the country my ass. If anyone have a problem let them hack it out with my lawyers. In fact, I'm going to call..."

"Relax Ivory." Iverson said with a light chuckle, it was good to remember that if all else failed he could always count on the unconditional but also overcrowding love of his sister.

"I knew that girl was trouble when she walked in with that coffee in hand."

"Great, now you owe Taylor Swift two million bucks and you'll need your lawyers for when she sues you too." He joked, half trying to diffuse the situation and draw his sister back from disagreeable waters.

He knew how his sister felt about Bella but to him It didn't matter that the police was involved, he wouldn't be able to leave town without knowing she was well and safe.

He soon brought his car to a stop behind Dan's Camry, Iverson felt his blood rising just at the sight of the car.

Unwanted images of Daniel and Bella kissing filled his head, he stepped out of the car with tightly clenched fists.

"Because Daniel and I hadn't kissed then, but then we did and it was beautiful. I just can't deny my feelings for him anymore. So I have to get rid of the dirts in my life because I'm in love, with Daniel."

Those words had haunted him since then, he was dirt to Bella.

But didn't he deserved it? Whatever hurt and heartbreak he was feeling now, thanks to him Derrick had felt it first hand.

Talk about karma being a vindictive bitch.

He never stood a chance, all the odds were against him from the start. Bella should have ended up with Derrick instead of Daniel, at least that way he could say he paid his due in full.

He prep talked himself out of any aggressive action as he knocked and waited patiently by the door instead of using the spare key.

He wouldn't do anything irrational or stupid, he would be calm and matured. Nothing else matters now aside finding Bella for her mother and picking up his luggage to the airport. If Bella and Daniel loved each other they don't need his blessings. It was his stupid fault for taking lightly the connection he'd always felt between them and ignoring Dan's over protectiveness of her.
