Flaming swords and green laser beams lit up the black sky above Beacon as two girls flew around the CCT. Cinder's eyes brimming with flames that enhanced her swords as she impatiently desired to use them to cut up the android girl who dared to fire at her.

"It's going to be fun roasting you." Cinder chuckled as she summoned a rain of blades of fire towards Penny.

Penny, for her part, felt her synthetic skin itch oddly enough as she couldn't resist smiling despite the situation she was in. It was taking all her concentration to swing her body around with her wires and jet boots to avoid the flames.

From her analysis of human emotions, she could only conclude these emotions she was feeling were a mix of fear and excitement. She could be destroyed at any moment; she had a powerful foe that threatened to destroy her and her friends. She had to stop her, and the thought of doing so brought her a massive grin of joy.

"I am going to enjoy wiping that smile off your face you hunk of junk!" Cinder yelled before she formed a giant red sword of fire. Penny's eyes analyzed the attack.

Energy level over 300%. Heat over 500 degrees Farenheit. Probability of destruction to main body if connected 100%. Suggested tactic-

"Yeah, Yeah! Go away sticky notes! I know how to fight!" Penny groaned to herself, really wishing she could talk to her dad about removing these warning signs blocking her vision and distracting her.

A nick to her leg sent a stinging sensation through her body, as her synthetic skin began catching fire and melting, revealing red metal overheating.

Warning! Damage to right leg 20% and rising suggested-

"Alright!" Penny yelled in frustration as she used a fire extinguisher function from her fingers to douse the flames and cease the alerts. As she saw Cinder fly straight towards her with her flame blades, she smirked.

"Penny's got an awesome idea!" She cheered as she backflipped at the last moment, narrowly missing the slash of those blades and coming face to face with Cinder.

She smirked as she waved her fingertips in her face, but rather than shoot lasers and try chipping the witch's aura, Penny's hand unleashed the fire extinguisher fluid, making Cinder's eyes sting as she recoiled and screamed in pain. Penny soon kicked her chest, causing more damage as her rocket boots singed holes into Cinder's Chinese dress and separated the two, allowing the android to transition her hands into canons.

She formed a crazed expression, taking joy in Cinder's pained expressions after remembering how she hurt Ruby earlier, and that boy and girl in the chamber she murdered. She analyzed this feeling as ruthful and it felt really good.

"Friends Hyde and Amber wanted me to give you this!" Penny yelled as she fired a green energy beam from her canons, eliciting screams of pain from Cinder as they blasted her stomach and enveloped her in a ball of green energy.

Penny folded her arms as she observed her handiwork, a surge of pride entering her believing she succeeded.

"Okay then, time to meet up with Ironwood and-" Penny began saying before another scream from Cinder interrupted her.

"YOU DARE!" Cinder roared as the green ball of plasma she was hit with evaporated and was replaced by a wave of orange fire, knocking the android girl back a bit to her surprise.

Cinder had a singed red stomach filled with burns smoking but was otherwise fine to her disbelief. Worse, the woman was huffing in rabid rage at her, filled with bloodlust. Penny stole a glance behind her, seeing the battleship in Vale and the Grimm Dragon nearby.

"Sorry friends, gonna be a while before I get to you all." Penny said before she brandished a pair of emerald swords, readying herself for Cinder's charge as she summoned a pair of fire ones herself.
