Mythic Grove High School

At first I thought I was dreaming, but the ringing got louder and I realised it was my alarm. I reached out from under my covers and slapped my hand over it a few times to turn it off. I curled back up under my covers. I heard the door and my curtains where opened. "Come on sis, we can't be late on our first day". Davina sat on the end of my bed. "Oh today is school, I forgot".

"I gathered and mother said she wants us all down stairs at the kitchen table for rules by eight".

"Is Dimitri up?"

"I don't know, I have to go and get ready see you down stairs in an hour".

"See ya". I fell backwards onto the bed and laid there for a few seconds. Then I swung my legs over the side of the bed and slipped on my PJ hoodie. I crossed the room and the corridor to Dimitri's room. I didn't bother to nock I just walked straight in. He was stood completely naked. "Oh shit, sorry I thought you would still be in bed". I said after quickly turning in the opposite direction. "It's okay I just got out the shower, you can turn round now". I turned round this time my eyes met a more decent looking Dimitri. He had jean shorts on and a tight black T-shirt. He really had been working out. "What's wrong?"

"What oh nothing". Shit he caught me staring oh well it's not like I like him in that way. "Your not even dressed Hayley we will be late". He looks at me eyebrows raised. "We won't I swear but my mother wants us down stairs by eight around the kitchen table to go through some of her rules".

"I will be there, now get ready". He pushed me out of his room and smiled at me.

I quickly jumped in the shower. I came out of the shower with my towel rapped around my hair. I skipped to my draws and pulled on some underwear. I picked out a pair of pink and blue beach shorts and a white vest top. I put my pencil case and note pad in my back pack along with two bottles of water and my phone. I brushed my teeth then applied some mascara and lipstick to my face and I was almost ready. I quickly towel dried my hair and ran my brush through it, I left the rest to dry naturally. I also popped my brush into my bag with my mascara and lipstick. I came out of my room, shutting my door behind my. "Hey you ready in there?"

"Ye I'm coming". He opened the door carrying his bag over his shoulder. We walked down the stairs and in to the kitchen where everyone was waiting. We sat at the table my mother and farther where sat at each end and the rest of us, sat around the sides. My mother began. "First things first I was indeed able to get Dimitri a place at the school so that's all sorted and secondly never take of your necklaces as you all already know, keep the wolf behaviour on low down and last but not least have fun, but not to much fun". I smiled at her. "Yes I second what your mother has said and same rules apply to our nieces and nephews but also I know some of you have been asking about the vampire we brought with us, I'm sorry but we couldn't risk him exposing us, he's dead". I saw farther's eye glide towards me I gave him a dirty look. I hated the war between our species there was no point in it and my father new that. I remained calm till we where all excused. 

I walk to school with the rest of the pack, this included Dimitri, Davina, Monique, Axel, Koda, Rae, Gia, Luka, Seizer, Zelena, Aurora, Seth and Marko. All of us, we where all going to look ridiculous walking to the front desk asking for our time tables. We walked down the street towards school. People pasted us staring and giving us dirty looks. Some people stopped to let us past and other crossed to the other side of the road when they spotted us. Every one seemed down so I whispered to Davina and Gia that us three should sing. "Come on guys cheer up I know we all miss home but this is our home now we will get used of it".
