Where's the fun in doing what you're told?

//Alexa's POV//

I started singing softly along with Renegades by X ambassadors as I walked down the street. Henry was following close behind.

"all hail the underdogs, all hail the new kids, all hail the outlaws" I sang as I walked into Delilah's cafe. 

"hey Alexa" Joseph, one of  the waiters greeted me. "hi Joseph" I said. "regular table?" he asked. "yes" I said and we walked towards the back of the cafe. "thank you" I said as he pulled out the chair for me. "your regular?" he asked. "yes" I said and sat down, Henry had decided to stay outside.

I sipped my diet pepsi as I waited for Kam to arrive. 

An hour later he arrived, he walked in wearing a black The story so far t-shirt with a pair of dark blue skinny jeans with black chelsea boots. "hey" he said. "you're late" I said. "oh hello Kam, what a pleasure to see you here" Kam mocked me as he sat down. "I've decided to divide up the presentation" I said and pulled out my phone. "I sent you your half of the presentation" I said. "youre not gonna help me?" Kam asked. "no, I have somewhere to be, and if I dont leave now I'm going to be stuck in traffic" I said and stood up. "you're just gonna leave me?" kam asked."yes, bye" I said and placed a five dollar bill on the table. Instead of going out the front door I went out through the bathroom window. 

As I ran down the street I sent Luka a text. 

Me:
Lukas! get ready, I'll be home in ten minutes!

I locked my phone and started walking home.

As I turned around the corner I saw Hayley and Luka talking, I didn't want to interrupt their moment so I waited a few minutes. 

"c'mon Lukas let's get ready" I said after I saw Hayley leave. "why so early?" Luka asked. "the concert is two hours away at Blomington, we gotta go" I said as we walked inside. 

I made a mad dash into the bathroom and took a quick shower. 

I wrapped my body in a towel and started drying my hair. "hearts on fire tonight, feel my bones ignite, feels like war, hearts on fire tonight, feel my bones ignite, feels like war, we go together or we don't go down at all" I sang alone to A Love like war by All time low ft. Vic Fuentes. 

After I dried my hair I pulled it into a fishtail braid, cause I didn't want anybody in the pit to pull it. I slipped on a pair of black high waisted shorts that had brass buttons running up both sides, a pink and yellow tie dye 'pizza is good' t-shirt with a pair of red vans. 

After I applied waterproof mascara I walked out and Luka walked in. 

Twenty minutes later he came out wearing a white 'defend pop punk' cut off tee with a pair of black shorts and tie dye vans. 

"lets go" I exclaimed. "wait where's Henry?" Luka asked. "At the cafe, C'mon we gotta go before he calls Antonio" I said and we walked out. We got into Luka's car and drove off. 

I turned off my phone, I knew that in a matter of seconds Antonio, Voigt and everyone at the station was going to overwhelm with texts and calls. 

I threw my phone in the back seat and turned up the radio.

HII guys this is just a filler chapter sorry, I've been busy with school, we got homework on the first day, like I know its AP lang but still, give me a break.
