What do you see, as I publish my fan-fiction?

Do you see the countless hours of work,

the guts it took to publish, the passion for writing?

No, you see grammatical errors, spelling errors,

among many other mistakes.

All that work, I put in, trying to peice it together;

simply pushed aside cause of grammar issues?

As I pour my heart and soul into that work; you

analyze it to no end. Simply looking for a slip up

or a mistake. You don't look at the intense storyline,

the plot twist, the romance. No you see that

my spelling is horrendous.

The ideas that I went through to create

that story, you disregard. The red marks, all over

oer the pages. You may put some praises,

but your excessive  red marks, lead to my work bleeding.

You tear my story limb from limb, as each red mark

kills the work more and more.

You tell me that I should be seeing the joy;

yet all I see is the hours I put in, wasted;

the words I chose, torn apart;

the passion I released, disregarded.

That is what you don't see, when you

mark the paper up. That is what you need

to see.

Hey so this is the other deficit poem so let me know which one you like better cause that'll be the one that I turn in. I love you all!!
