I may have the girl parts
I may be petite
I may have girly dreams
But that doesn't mean
That's all I can do
I can do what boys do
I can shoot a gun
I can fight
I can have bloody dreams
Skirts aren't all I wear
I am comfortable in shorts
Or pants
I can be apart of the boys club
Play their games
If that makes me
Less of a girl
Then so be it
I will not be conformed
To be the good little girl
With ribbons and bows
If this isn't rebellion
Against what society says
Then I don't know what is
