Part 3: Old Times Are The Good Times

!!!Katie's POV!!!

We get into Cameron's old rusted truck and drive to his house. My new fav song comes on and it's Drag Me Down by 1D! so of course I sing along. Cameron also starts to sing with me with a husky voice that was pretty sexy if you ask me. I JUST DID IT AGAIN DIDN'T I? I DON'T LIKE HIM LIKE THAT!

After the song we make small talk and we get to his house at last. We get out of his car and walk up to his mansion (pic on side). I don't know why he has a old rusted truck when he could have that most expensive car in the world but what ever. I forgot he had such a big house. I also haven't been here in about 5 months because we always hang at my place.

"You coming Kat? I have a new room!" Cameron said excitedly coming back and pulling my hand to come inside.

"Hey Mrs. Roy." I say walking into one of the many living rooms they have in this house.

"Hey sweety. I haven't seen you in a while. How are you?" She asks in a polite manner. I look over at Cameron and he has an annoyed look on his face.

"I've been good." I say lying a little bit. Ever since Cameron left for New York I have been down in the dumps. Why you ask? I honestly don't know why.

"That's good. Well I see you came to hang with Cameron so I will leave two alone." His mom says and we start to walk up the grand stairs to Cameron's new bedroom.

!!!Cameron's POV!!!

We get out of my truck and I turn over to Katie and she had her mouth open. God she was so pretty, if only she knew how I really felt about her. We walk inside and I say He to my mom and Katie does the same and they make small talk. I was getting annoyed and Katie could tell so she answered my mom's question and we left to go to my new room.

"Wow." she says walking into my room. "This is soo big Cam. And I also L-O-V-E IT!"

"Right and I know you would like it. We do have like 9 bedrooms, a pool, bowling, and a lot of other things too." I say and then her mouth dropped once again and this time I thought it was going to hit the floor.

"Do you remember the first time I came here?" She asks and I nod my head. And started to say the whole story:

It was in 2011. I had just moved in and Katie asked if she could come over to hang out. We were around 13 and I said yes. She came over I gave her a grand tour of my new house and we went to the main kitchen and asked for some burgers because it was around dinner time my dad said sure and he started to warm up the grill. Katie and I went back into my room and talked about the randomest stuff like food, school, what we were going to be when we grew up and just things like that.

10 minutes later we started playing Truth or Dare and I did the worst or best mistake of my life. I haven't kissed anyone yet and I wanted for my first kiss to be with someone I thought I can spend my whole life with. So when it came to her turn I asked 'Truth or Dare' and Katie said dare. I then dared her to kiss me on the lips. Without hesitation she slide over to me and she sat in my lap. I took her cheeks and she kissed me and I kissed her back. My dad then yelled from downstairs saying that the burgers were ready and we got up and went to eat. We haven't talked about that day since.

"I still can't believe you and I kissed. To be honest that was my first kiss just to let you know." Katie says sitting down on my king-sized bed.

"Same here. I guess this house brings back old memories of eachother. I miss how close we were back then." I say laying down on my bed next to Katie.

"Same here. Same here." She says sitting up more and looks at me.

!!!Katie's POV!!!

Cameron told me the whole story the first time I came here. It was so easier back then. No drama, and people thinking we were a couple and stuff like that. Things have changed a lot since then though. I started to grow up and so did Cameron but we have always had each other's backs no matter what.

"You know. We can make our own memories again if you want." He threw out and I was shocked. He looked over at me and smiled.

"I guess." I say as I come in closer to Cam and put my head in his shoulder.

"I miss this Cam. I really do." I tell him as I look at his wall with a 60 inch flat screen TV on his wall. I felt a tear roll down the side of my cheek.

"I miss this too Kat." he says wiping my tear off my cheek. "I guess something are ment and some are not meant to be." He tells me as I doze off from being so tired all of a sudden. I manage to say "What do you mean?" All I hear after that is "You will see." and with that I fall asleep in Cameron's arms like we did when we were 14 and nothing seemed to matter.
