Nico left Annabeth and Percy to tell Chiron and the Romans what had happened. He didn't trust iris-messaging to deliver this kind of news. After he had talked to Chiron at camp, he passed the crack in the pavillon that he had made a few years ago. He finally understood how hard it was for Percy to tell him Bianca died. It made him feel even more guilty. He didn't even want to think about Percy's judgement. He barley even had a soul left when he died. Nico had to go back to hogwarts before he could tell the Romans. He would arise too many suspicions if he went missing after Percy was found dead. The ghost king arrived back at Hogwarts with an hour before classes. Even though he was stronger then before, the cross-ocean shadow travel takes a lot out of a person. Nico was out like a light when he fell on his bed. He barley noticed the should-be-filled with
A precious hour earlier, Dennis Creevery was the first to find her. Annabeth had been sitting there for a few hours by then. She only moved to breathe. Her eyes were blank. When Dennis asked if she was ok she didn't even flinch. When he thought Percy was only sleeping he walked over to him and was about to touch him when Annabeth uttered her first words since Hermes had left, "don't touch him!" She yelled as loud as she could. Dennis was startled at her voice.
"Why not? What's wrong with him?" The fifth year questioned. Annabeth started to sob over Percy's body. Thalia had beard Annabeth shout and wasrushing down the stairs. She saw Annabeth crying over Percy's body. She knew there was only one reason that would ever happen. Percy was dead.
"He's dead. He has to be. There's no other way that would be happening." Thalia said solemnly to answer Dennis's question. Dennis ran out the door to find Dumbledore and inform the headmaster what had happened. Thalia went over to Annabeth slowly. She didn't want Annabeth to attack her. Thalia was saddened by Percy's death, but not devastated like Annabeth. She had never seen her this bad. Thalia tried to sit up Percy's body next to a chair. Annabeth moved for Thalia. She sat up and went back to being empty. She wouldn't move or do or say anything for the next 3 days.
Thalia attended to Percy's body and found no wounds or markings of an attack. She had a feeling Nico had used magic and erased them. He would have to know what had happened. She conjured a sheet to put over Percy and covered up his body.She decided to stay there until they could move his body. Annabeth couldn't be left alone like this either.

(Harryish point of view)
Harry awoke with a splitting headache. Odd, he remembered having such a nice sleep last night. He got dressed then woke up a snoring Ron next to him.
"Come on mate, we'll miss breakfast!"He said. Ron woke up with a start. The very thought of missing food was enough to wake him from any sleep. He sat up right away and rushed to get his clothes. Harry just shuffled his laughter at the sight of Ron. He wasn't going to tell him they still had an hour before classes. Then harry saw that Percy's bed looked the same as it did last night. Strange. Usually he left his bed unmade. Nico' s bed was the exact opposite which was even stranger. Th only difference what that Nico was on top of his covers, and looked like he was dead, but HE was only sleeping. He shook these thoughts out of his head. It would be good for Nico to miss class. He deserved to get into some trouble. With that, Ron and harry went down to the common room to wait for Hermione as they usually did. What they found was not normal. Thalia was helping Madam Pomfrey lift something that looked a lot like a body under a white sheet on to a stretcher. Annabeth was just sitting there, not even moving. Her eyes looked empty. Her hair looked likes he had slept with it like that. She was wearing the same robes she was last night. Harry vaguely remembered talking to her and Percy last night, and then going straight to bed with Ron after.
"What happened?!?" He asked Thalia. She scowled at him. She was helping carry the stretcher out the door with Dennis Creevery.
"You should be happy." She said her voice full of something harry couldn't quite place, but that was the exact opposite of happiness. "You hated him after all. I just hope I can stop her," she cocked her head towards Annabeth,"from killing you before we leave. It'll be a bit of a challenge, and I don't particularly like you. I would be very wary of poisoning and murder threats if I were you."
By now they were heading down the stairs leading to the infirmary. Harry and Ron were very confused.
"What are you talking about? Who's under that sheet?"
"Percy! You ass! He died last night in the common room. After everything he did, everything he went through, gods know I don't even know all of it, he died. I couldn't even find an open wound. Annabeth has never been like that before. I think she saw him die. I am going to kill Nico if he knew anything about this before it happened." Harry didn't feel good that Percy was dead. He never really wanted Percy to die. Ron was shocked by the news too. They had reached the infirmary now and Dennis and Thalia were moving the body from the stretcher to a bed. One of Percy's arms fell to the side of the bed. It wasn't anywhere near as tan as it should be. Ron almost threw up. He managed to ask through clenched teeth,
"So he's really dead? This isn't a joke to get at me and harry is it? " He regretted saying that when he saw Thaila' s expression. She slapped him across the face.
" HOW DARE YOU. WHAT KIND OF SICK PERSON FAKES SOMEONE'S DEATH? You're oh so lucky I don't just let you join him. Now I'll have to leave soon anyways. Percy was the only reason I was not out hunting. " She grinned evily, "Maybe my gracious lady will let me hunt you, or whatever killed him", with that menacing thought she briskly walked away. Harry and Ron were left stunned next to Dennis.
that's all for now folks! I will probably update pretty soon, because I lose WiFi next week and then I start school. I am keeping Percy dead by the way, and only if you guys insist that I do his judgement will I do a chapter of his judgement. On second thought, I rather like that idea. Maybe I will.... hmmm...
