Can't Let Go.

I wonder if you think of me.
I fear the answer.
You could be dreaming of me every night.
You could have forgotten me.
I wonder if I mattered.
But I never wanna hear that I didn't.
You mattered.
I think I'm in love with you.
I tried to let go today and I thought about it.
I can't let go.
The choice is out of my hands.
I know that we are meant to be something.
So I can't let go, and I never will.
That's okay though.
You never killed me.
You tasted like hope.
But you are made of diamonds.
It's 4 in the morning and you're the only thing on my mind.
