The things I do not say,
I felt that look you gave me when I promised myself not to look back up.
If you look at them they'll know.
You just see that little sparkle in their eyes and it just burns out.
It always burns out.
I find myself walking into fires hoping to warm my heart but all I do is burn.
Cracked and torn it became the shell of a disease.
My soul terrorized to the point where I no longer build walls but wake up in the arms of the people who will never love me.
I wake up and I just see it.
I just see myself dissipating.
