Chapter 6.

Chapter Six.

Caleb's POV.

I opened my eyes and turned to look at the clock, it was 6 in the morning and soon the sun would be up in the sky. Although it was still dark outside I decided to rest a little more so I layed there in my bed and remembered how Aleya, was so restless last night. Senai was out of his mind because he didn't accept the most beautiful gift nature gave us. She was a very pretty girl and she was easy to talk to, even if i've known her for two days I think I am starting to grow feelings for her.

After my mate died i've dedicated my heart and soul to the pack and nothing else. Its been two years and it still feels like it was yesterday when I lost her. I could still feel half of my soul missing and it was so painful. Usually acting like nothing ever happened was my roll, but the pack memebers knew how I was feeling. I was still grieving for her, untill Aleya appeared of course. She started to brighten my life a little and for the first time around her I can actually smile not just fake it like i usually did. And I have decided if Senai does not want Aleya, then I'll make sure to take care of her and maybe convince her to be with me.

I could see a little hurt in Aleya's eyes when Senai was treating her like any regular wolf he talked to. It surprised me that for a guy like him would not even recognize his mate. I thought the mate bond of an alpha was stronger then any other wolf in the pack. I just hope Aleya will be okay and expecting the worse, because Senai might break her heart.

I let out a sigh and turned to lay down on my side as I heard Senai howling off in the distance and made my wolf growl. I wasn't expecting him to already call us out so early in the morning. He probably couldn't sleep so well either.

I got up and dressed up then after that I walked out of my room and slowly closed the behind me. I turned to look at Aleya's door, she was still sleeping but her wolf was restless. I had to tell Senai because it won't do any good to her if he keeps avoiding her.

I turned back and walked down the stairs and I headed out. I regretted dressing up because i was going to shift once I met up with Senai in the forest either way. 

Senai was a bad guy, he always got what he wanted. He was always making out and probably even mating with mateless females in the pack. He only played with their feelings even humans to when it came to school. He was just a player and cared for no one, not even his mate. He only cared for himself and it angered me to know how Aleya must be feeling.

As I walked deeper into the woods Senai was standing by a tree with his back leaning against it, and his foot on the tree as well. His arms were crossed, I think he was trying to rove himself to be much more careless then I think.

"Up so early?" I said. Senai didn't bother to turn to look at me, he seemed to be looking at something else.

"Hm, Caleb get that girl out of your house, I already told you she is no one we can trust. She is just a rouge and we are supposed to treat her like one." He said, I looked up at him because he was several inches taller then me.

"She also happens to be your mate, Senai." I said trying to make my tone as hard as I could, but I saw a small flicker of pain in his expression before he adjusted back into his emotionless self.

"Don't you dare use that tone on me, Caleb." He said and his eyes went from hazel to pitch black. Oh so now he was angry.

"If you don't want her, then I do." I said. A loud growl escaped his throat and he shifted into his wolf snarling at me and turned around running even deep into the woods.

I grunted as I watched him leave and I shifted into my own wolf and growled in the process. I was angry again with Senai and I needed to go for a run before I kill someone.
