Toby's POV
I open the door for Hanna and Caleb.
" hey guys, welcome, come in" i say hugging Hanna and man shaking with Caleb.
" It smells amazing" Hanna states
" you can tell Spencer that shes just in the kitchen"
Hanna, Caleb and I walk to the kitchen
" Spencer really??" Hanna says
" what Han" Spencer says
" I told you not to go overboard with tonight you've probably tired yourself out and you have a newborn child"
Spencer walks to hanna
" hanna it's fine anything for my best friend"
Hanna and Spencer hug then Matthew starts to cry in his baby swing.
"I'll get him" Caleb says
Caleb gets Matthew out of his swing and rocks Matthew side to side
" hey little man you get bigger every time I see you. Man Toby Matthew looks a lot like you"
" thanks mate I think so to"
Spencer puts all the food on the table
" Everybody to the table" Spencer says
We all go sit at the table I sit next to Spencer and Hanna and Caleb sit across from us.
" hey Caleb give me Matthew so you can be comfortable while you eat" Spencer says
" it's ok spence I'm fine to hold him"
" trust me Caleb he gets heavy anyway I need to feed him and put him down for bed"
Caleb passes Matthew to Spencer
" I'm just going to feed him and put him to sleep but you guys start eating"
" babe it's ok we'll wait"
" same" says Caleb and Hanna
" no you guys start I don't want the food to go cold"
Spencer's POV
I go and breast feed Matthew in his room. I sit on the rocking chair and rock while I feed him. After he's finished drinking I burp him. I pat his back lightly until I hear his burp. I change him then put him down to sleep
I kiss his little head " goodnight Matthew"
I quietly shut the door and hold the baby monitor. I walk back to the dining room and seeing Caleb, Hanna and tony eating
" is the food nice " I say
" of course" Toby says
" it's amazing" Caleb says
" thanks spence for inviting us "
I sit down and put the baby monitor next to me and I start eating
" did he go to sleep" Toby says
" yeah he was tired from today "
" you guys need to have more kids especially if they are as cute as Matthew"
" yeah we will" Toby says
" ok let's make a toast" Caleb says
We all raise our glasses
" to friendship and family" Caleb says
We all tap each other's glasses tonight was a good night
