I keep changing my mind on what to wear for dinner tonight
I cant decide if I should wear my navy blue dress or my white dress ( the dress troian wore to the pretty little liars 100th episode party)
A while later Tonys walks in
"Spencer I'm about to take a shower do you MMM I don't know want to come in as well"
"That sounds amazing but I can't I need to decide what dress I'm wearing"
"You look amazing in both dresses you choose"
Soon after I felt Toby's strong hands wrap around me and kiss all down my neck.
"Toby that feels amazing but we have to get ready maybe if you are good we can continue where we left off later"

Toby's POV
Spencer walks down the stairs she is the most beautiful girl in the world when I look at her everything else looks boring
"Wow spencer you look amazing"
"Thank you I choose the white dress it makes me feel nice"
I kiss spencer and she gives me a passionate kiss back

Toby's POV
"Spencer?"
"Yeah baby"
I take Spencer's hands in mine and I fell her smooth skin against mine as I look into her eyes and start to talk
"Spencer, I love you , I love you with all my heart I want to spend the rest of my life with you and start a family. but first I need to ask you this question"
"I love you to toby. what do you need to tell me"
"Spencer Hastings will you marry me"
"Yes yes yes yes"
I grabbed Spencer In my arms and hugged her as hard as I could.
The kiss was beautiful and was the best kiss in the world.
"Ow I forgot"
I say as I take the ring out of the case and slide it onto Spencer's finger
