Late night

Spencer's POV

It's night time and Matthew is sound asleep in his crib. Toby is in the study still doing work.

I'm sitting in bed waiting for him reading a parenting book.

I really want Toby to come to bed but knowing him he won't finish working until it's all done. I hear my phone go off

I get a message from Hanna

Hey spence, you up for the beach tomorrow you, me, Caleb, Toby and baby Matthew??

I get up from bed and go into the study. I move Toby's chair away from the desk and sit on his lap.

" I've been waiting for you in bed" he kisses me

" I've told you before just go to sleep I don't want you getting tired waiting around for me"

I smile

" yeah but I wanted you next to me if you know what I mean" I wink to him

He laughs and kisses me

" Hanna messaged me asking if we want to go to the beach tomorrow"

" yeah let's go I'll take the day off work" he says rubbing my leg

" let me text Hanna back"

I message Hanna

Ok count us in

Toby's POV

" Tomorrow will be Matthews first time at the beach he will have fun and we can put his little toes in the water"

Spencer smiles

" can't wait I'm excited" we soon kiss passionately

" so you want me in bed now" I say winking at Spencer

She laughs and nods

I lift her up bridal style and carry her all the way to our room where I slowly place her on the bed.

We start kissing passionately when I suddenly stop

" why are we stopping" Spencer says

" babe maybe we shouldn't do this we haven't had sex yet since you've given birth a month ago. Maybe we should wait"

" babe I talked to my doctor and he said I'm fine for this" Spencer says

" ok well if it hurts even just a little me you tell me and I will stop"

She kisses my check

" your the best husband in the world you know that"

I smile and keep kissing her and you can bet where that led to.
