4. One Shot

A little something for @Secretsofthegardens who requested a jealous Percy. ♡

I was mad. And for the first time it wasn't at a monster, god, or another person who thinks they can overthrow Olympus. Rather, it was at a son of Apollo who can't seem to stay away from Annabeth.

I mean, Annabeth has always been gorgeous and beautiful, but all the guys know that she has the ability to come up with a thousand different ways to kill you. So they know to stay away.

Last week, a satyr brought a few new demigods to the camp. And one of them had to be that son of Apollo named Zach.

He was there right now with her, said that he needed help with his Greek.

As if.

The only thing he was studying was Annabeth.

'You do it too when she helps tutors you!'

'Not the point!'

I noticed that he was trying to flirt with her and Annabeth completely did not notice. He flashed his smile that was pearly white like his dad's.

'Am I'm allowed to drown him in the lake? Or would that be considered an overuse of power?'

My thoughts were broken when I heard a laugh.

Annabeth's laugh.

That's when I started to move out I my hiding place behind the boulder and waking over to where Annabeth was.

'Only my stupidness can make her laugh.' I angrily thought in my head.

I must've had a scary look on my face because as soon as I came over, Brian took a whole step back from Annabeth. Since she was facing away from me, she didn't know what happened. She tried to look behind but I hugged her from behind, surprising her.

"Seaweed Brain, what are you doing here?" She said with a smile. "I thought you were practicing in the arena with Jason?"

'Nope, just stalking Zach.'

"We ended early." I said and gave her a kiss on the lips.

Usually I'm not the one for PDA, I considered this a special case.

Zach's face was priceless, him finding out the girl he likes has an awesome, handsome, strong...

'We get it!'

"Hey, I'm going to let you guys talk. I have to redesign Aphrodite's temple, now she wants white roses." Annabeth said while she rolled her eyes. She grabbed her stuff and walked back toward the cabins.

As soon as she was out of our view I turned around to face Zach.

"Uh, l-look man. Um I didn't mean-" he started.

"Stay at least five feet away from her at all times. If I catch you even looking at her, I will do something about it." I stated, while holding Riptide in my hands.

Zach looked at the sword then back up at me with obvious fear in his eyes.

"Waiting for an answer here."

"Y-yeah I got it." Zach stuttered. Afterward, he got his pencil and started running back to the Apollo Cabin.

I smirked. What? It felt good for that idiot to be afraid with me.

"Was that really necessary?" Said someone along with a chuckle.

My face immediately became fifty shades of red. As if on cue, Annabeth took off her cap and appeared next to me.

"U-um, were you listening this whole time?" I questioned her.

Annabeth chuckled and started to speak, "You look cute when you're jealous." She then kissed my cheek and left right there and then.

"What was that supposed to mean?"I yelled back at her.

Wait.

"Hey! You did this on purpose didn't you!"

Hey guys! Sorry it's been a while, I recently went back to school and I'm having a hard time balancing all of the workload and writing. Ugh, I swear all the teachers want to secretly plan my demise. Well anyway, hoped you enjoyed! Btw: I wrote this during school so it might be a bit all over the place. :)

I'll try to update my other book ASAP. I only have 600 words so far and I'm planning on posting before this week ends. :)
