VIOLIN'S POV~
I flew over to the school at one forty-five and was about to start waiting for Samantha when I saw her car pull into the parking lot. She stepped out and walked slowly over to me. I rolled my eyes when she scoffed.
"I can't believe the principal is forcing us to hang out," she said.
"Well believe it. And believe the fact I have to carry you to my house."
"Why?"
"Because I live in the clouds."
"Uh-huh. Sure." She let me hold her up a bit by her arms and I took off towards the lookout. After a few minutes, we made it and she was freaking out about needing to brush her hair out to fix it while I just took it out from the ponytail I had it in and walked forward until I saw Mr. Popo.
"Hi Mr. Popo," I greeted the jolly genie.
"Hello Violin. Would you like some tea? I was just about to make some for everyone."
"Please. And a cup for my company as well if you'd please," I asked.
"Of course," he nodded and went to go prepare the midday drink.
"What was that," Samantha asked as she walked up.
"That was a Popo. His name is Mr. Popo and he's a genie who helps look after the lookout and is best friends with-"
"Violin!" I turned and saw Dende and my dad walking over.
"Dende," I ran over and wrapped him in a hug. "Wassup with Earth?"
"It's just fine. I'm more concerned about who this is though," he replied as I let go.
"Samantha, this is Dende. Dende, this is Samantha."
"So I finally have a face to the name? Interesting," I saw someone hing flash in Dende's eyes that I've never seen before. Was that anger?
"So what are you two planning to do," Dad asked.
"Just sit, maybe talk while I train," I replied. "I'm not used to hanging out with other females my age except for Julia and Maria."
"Well you hang out with Bulla and Marron just fine. Videl and Pan too," Dende said.
"They aren't my age," I exclaimed to which the two chuckled. I sighed before turning to Samantha who I was hoping to forget by this point. "Follow me." We went through the hallway and to my room and I let her borrow a brush and put my hair up.
"Why are you letting me borrow this," she asked.
"You may act like a total bitch sometimes, but I can't let you going around with your hair looking like that all day. I'm not that cruel." She brushed her hair and we went out back where I saw Popo serving tea to Dende while my father trained. "I want to join!"
They all looked at me and I was jumping for joy when my dad nodded and I flew over. I saw Samantha sit at the small table we have and she accepted a cup of tea before looking in our direction.
"Are you ready Violin," my father asked.
"I was born ready Old Man," I smirked as I took my stance.
"Alright. You'll pay for that one," he said with a smirk that equalled my own.
Within seconds Dad charged at me and I quickly stepped out of the way before turning and stopping him from punching me in the stomach, but I can't say the same for my face. I was sent back a big before charging and repeatedly kicking my leg, but he kept blocking my foot with just two fingers. Finally he grabbed my foot and tried to flip me backwards, but I jumped back a bit and managed to land on my feet before taking a breath.
"Not bad Dad."
"You're improving."
"Of course I am. I was taught by the strongest Namek on Earth."
"Hey," I heard Dende exclaim.
"One of the strongest Nameks on Earth," I quickly shouted over.
"That's what I thought," Dende said with a chuckle.
"Yes but I didn't teach you everything I know yet," Dad said as he tried attacking from behind. I sharpened my breath and stare as I managed to dodge (LOLZ! REFERENCE!) as I turned around and looked at my father.
"But you don't know half the stuff I know either," I said before dropping low and sweeping my leg around which caused him to trip slightly and fall over. He hit the ground and I floated over and towered over his fallen form and lifted my hand revealing some ki. "Are you done that quickly Dad? Really, to think Gohan was trained by that."
"I'll get you back for that later," he smirked as he stood up. I put my hand down and looked over to see Samantha in shock and Dende with a smile.
"I knew she'd win. It's only inevitable for children to surpass their parents," Dende said.
"She still has away to go though," Dad replied. "Today's just one of the lucky days she has."
"Uh huh. Just admit I kicked your ass Dad," I smirked and crossed my arms.
"Not even if I were to die again," he said with an indifferent face.
"Whatever. So what did you think Samantha," I asked.
"That was... I... you... him... What the hell did I just witness?"
"Training between a father and his daughter," I said with a smile.
"Well that was pretty cool," she said with some excitement.
Glad to see she isn't acting like a bitch today.
The day soon was ending and I lent Samantha a hair tie on our way back to the school. She actually opened up a little today, but she was still cold for the most part. I'll have to try to get this to work. She seems like she could be a potential friend.
Wait a minute.
Did I just say that!?
