JULIA'S POV-
I was talking with Danny near the entrance of the school when I noticed Samantha's car pull up. I looked closer and noticed another figure in the front seat before my jaw dropped in realization. "Oh. My. Kami."
Violin and Samantha both got out of the car and I noticed them smiling and laughing with one another. They walked up and Violin noticed us.
"Hey guys. How were your weekends," she asked with a smile.
"Fine? Violin? Are you okay," I asked.
"Yeah. Why?"
"Because just last week you almost got into a fist fight with this girl and now you're smiling and laughing with her," I said as I pointed at Samantha.
"Well shit happens. You know. Things that bring two people closer. Sam and I are actually pretty cool now so-"
"Sam!? Since when did you call her Sam!?"
"Since yesterday. I don't see what the big deal is Julie. She's actually pretty cool once you get to know her."
"Violin. Open your eyes and realize this is a trap! Do you know how much she tricks people!? You should now by now not to trust her!"
"Julia. You're my friend so I'm going to say this nicely. I did not like nor trust her any last week. I thought she was the biggest bitch in town. I did not have one nice thing to say about her. Now, after spending the weekend with her, I realize I was wrong. She is a great person and a great friend. I want us to stay friends but you need to be able to accept the fact Samantha is actually a good person first. I feel it in my gut. She doesn't have anything planned."
"Violin... fine. But if she does anything, I get to tear her head off. Deal?"
"Deal."
"Hey!" Samantha looked terrified and I stared at her for a minute before looking towards Danny who was still in shock. I closed his mouth but he still refused to move.
"Violin. Any idea how to wake him up?"
"Why not kiss him? After all, you've don't it before."
"True. We are a couple. But it still feels a bit awkward."
"Then I'll do it."
"No way! You have a boyfriend!"
"Then kiss him. Besides, you'll both probably enjoy it." I sighed before leaning over and kissing my boyfriend. He made a little sound and I pulled away. He blushed lightly before putting a hand over his face to hide a growing blush.
"I have to get to class," he said before quickly running away. I sighed as I heard Violin giggle.
"Whatever. See you later Viola!"
"Later Julie," she said before walking off with Samantha.
"She is not to be trusted," the little voice in my head said to me.
"I see you're back," I replied calmly as I walked into the school.
"I never left. I just kept quiet until now."
"Samantha isn't to be trusted huh?"
"I never said Samantha did I?"
"What? Violin is no threat."
"What makes you so sure?"
"She's my friend."
"Would a real friend suddenly become best friend's with your worst enemy?"
"Well..."
"My point exactly. Keep Violin at a distance, if you want to keep your own state of mind."
"Please don't take over again."
"I may just have to to keep you out of trouble. Now go to class. You make me sick you little worm!"
"Right. I'm sorry Miss." I walked to class and quietly sat next to the window. Today was gonna be a long day.
PICCOLO'S POV-
I was out training with Goku when I saw a group of children walking near the woods. I recognized all the children as Violin and her friends and stopped sparring to watch them.
"What's wrong Piccolo?"
"Nothing Goku. Just shut up and follow me." I lowered my power level and instructed Goku to do the same before we walked closely, but still a way's away, behind the children.
"So you're friends with Samantha now?"
"Oh my Kami! Can we get off that topic already? Yes! I'm friends with Samantha."
"Did she poison you or threaten you? Maybe some kind of spell?"
"Shut up Austin! She's a cool person. Besides, I'm inviting her to hang out with us tonight at the burger shop downtown."
"WHAT!?" Everyone except Violin and Maria were screaming loudly, but Maria still had a look of shock.
"You all heard me. Now go home and get ready. We have a fun night ahead."
"I don't think I'll be able to come," Julia said weakly.
"Julie. I told you already she's fine-"
"No. I've had an awful headache since this morning that won't go away. Sorry guys. I got to go. Later!" Julia walked away and I knew something was up by the look on her face.
"Whatever. Let's just get tonight over with," Danny sighed.
"You aren't worried about your own girlfriend," Mike asked.
"No. This happens every once and a while. It's fine."
"Whatever you say. I got to head to the lookout so I'll see you guys tonight. Bye."
"Later Viola," Mike said to her before she left as well.
"So do you guys really think Samantha has changed," Austin asked.
"We should keep an eye on Violin just in case. Tonight is a crucial mission gentlemen. And Maria," Danny said. They all nodded at one another before running in three different directions.
I feel a bad feeling in my stomach. I hope she's okay tonight.
