Ukraine and Belarus' birthday are one day apart from each other. The day before Ukraine's birthday Russia sets up all the decorations an plans it all on his own, and on the day of the party he tries to stay sober. After it, he gets the baltics to help him make Belarus' party, since its almost like he is dead at this point. He also tries to stay sober on Belarus' birthday, but the day after he binges out.
