He's not an evil murderer, he is quiet the opposite. He respects and mourns for those killed by any of the other 2ps, he is usually seen with a shovel because he buries those killed, he is a grave keeper. He acts bitter towards the 2ps since he knows what they've done, and none of them doesn't feel guilt for it. Although, he is kindhearted to others, and helps them stay away from the 2ps
(I'm sorry he is one of my favorite 2ps and people say he's a murderer like the rest of them but I wanted to give my 2 cents on this, no, I'm not saying 1p Russia is a murderer. This is also an aspect to a fanfic I have been wanting to make for awhile!)
