A/N So these were things I thought of the states when I couldn't settle on what state OC I should make until I settled on Alaska, you can use these headcanons if you're planning on making an oc of one of the states, I wanted to make something special for all of you and I hope you enjoy!
- Alabama is VERY competitive when it comes to college football, Alabama is also his favorite team (roll tide!)
- Texas is more narcissistic than the rest of the states, he claims that he's the tallest because everything is bigger in Texas, when in reality he actually ties with Alaska (4/5 of America's height)
- Rhode Island is short, not Sealand's size, but still short enough to where he can steal food at meetings and get away with it
- Alaska is Native American and male, the male to female population is higher in males, he also dyes his hair to seem more like the states, Hawaii disapproves in this but Alaska does it anyway
- New York can speak multiple languages, when he's grouchy he will speak in Italian, one of his favorite languages
- Nevada is slightly like Japan in his attitude and personality, that's just during the day, at night, he ties with New York on best gambler
- California gets a lot of attention, and loves it, he can be slightly self absorbed at points
- Alabama and Mississippi are twins, the only way you can tell them apart is personality, and the fact the Mississippi is left handed and Alabama is right handed, they are so connected that they almost seem as though they can read each other's minds
- The closer the states are to Canada, the more they can see him, even if they are right next to Canada, they do not recognize him, and Alaska can't see him entirely even though he is the closest to Canada
- Washington thinks of herself as being one of the best children (I was dumb and removed a part that absolutely flaunted my stupidity, so sorry)
- America is sort of the mother hen when it comes to them
- Arizona, Alaska, and Hawaii meet and talk to each other a lot, they are known as the lower 48
