The Forest

Feeling Blank

Meeting the girl recently. It felt like nothing to me already. It was like, everything was blank to me already. But at least. It will just feel easier for me to get the job done. As I wonder more in the woods, I felt the atmosphere as it gets a little bit better checked my wristwatch, it was 5:24 and it's still so dark and again.

" Such a wierd forest." I said as I let out a gentle sigh.

I met another hill once again still following the path filled with dead trees and still with the light fog, but my flashlight can beat it off. As I continued to walk I heard rumbling sounds from meters away. My flashlight flickered so I slammed it to my hand as it brought it's own light back. I pointed it back to the path. And I saw big barrels rolling fast. I quickly step aside and accidentally tripped over. The barrels continue to roll over down the hill, seconds pass I heard strong bangs and clangs. I stood up and wiped off the dust and fixed myself, picked up my flashlight and checked if it's still good. I slammed it to my hand and turned it on.

"Thank God it's still good." I thanked.

But the lens got a little scratch on it. But I didn't mind anyway that happened to me many times. I continued following the path that took me to another split path with two houses just beside the start and a bonfire. I entered the first house in the left side I saw a letter in the table. And read it.

This forest, it's like a twisted world in here.
But I'm sure everything will be ok here.

" That was short." I said.

Then suddenly A dot mark appeared in the paper in my curiosty I touched it still identifying what it is. Then I smelled it, it smelled like blood. I looked at it again and in my fright I saw letters that says.

D.I.E

The blood marks continued that way. I ignored it dropped the paper down and entered the other rooms. In there the third stone I found earlier shone bright. I grabbed it out of the bag and moved it everywhere I entered the first room to the left side but it's brightness stayed. I moved to the next room and searched as the light grew weaker. I got out of the room and walked to the living room the light grew stronger and in the couch another light blazed, I went there and put the third stone inside the bag. I grabbed the fourth stone which is just like the third and different from the first two, behind it I saw a paper. I opened it and saw drawings of stones and an altar. It is the stone arrangement in the altar. I reviewed it carefully.

"So the first two stones should be in the 3rd and 4th hole while the others at the rest." I explained to myself.

I put it in the pocket of my jacket and walked out of the house grabbed my flashlight and switched it on and continued. I took the first path and it led me to another split path I took the right side and continously walked straight. Few minutes ago, I met another path and now another split path and just like the recent one with the 2 houses. I entered the first house to the left and saw a note there. I picked it up and read it but it like the recent.

I dropped it down and checked the other house it's just like the other one. I ignored everything and walked straight to the right and took the left side of it. As I continue to walk I met another split path, just the same as the path I recently passed through. I checked the first house and the paper was there and the other house is just the same as it is, this time I tried the left that led me to another split path.

" This time I wont be fooled." I said to myself.

And decided to go to the left. But as I continued nothing happened. I keep on coming back. I felt nervous. Overcomed by my feelings I ran left and took the right side but I keep on coming back at the same exact place. I was filled with fear and nervousness. I didn't know what to do, when I last came back to that place I stopped for a minute until I get to the point that I can't handle it anymore I cried out loud and shouted. I wiped my tears and stood up. The place got clear than ever I faced to my back planning to get out to this forest then in my surprise the moment I looked back I saw another path that gave me courage, so I just continued and did the right thing.
