The sky wasn't looking so clear tonight. It was a bit drafty.I slipped into my hoodie and tied my sneakers making my way out of the house. Usually I'm not out this late but tonight was important I guess. The things you do for the ones you care about the most. When things get rough, you got to get tougher. Take every breath of fresh air you are granted every day and don't let it go to waste. I had a bad feeling stirring in the pit of my stomach and I am about to find out why. I slowly walked over taking a deep breath.
"Hey.." I greeted him softly. He turned around to face me slowly. "Hey." He said motioning me closer. I smiled and hugged him. "We need to talk. Right about now." He said deeply and seriously. "Really? Do you have any idea what time it is?" I asked. He laughed so quiet you bearly heard it. Something was bugging him that was for sure. The way he was tense. Like he's had trouble all day trying to relax. His breath was almost hitched in his throat everytime he'd make eye contact with me. He seemed....distant.
"What's wrong?" I said pulling back from him. "It's took me a while to sort this all out and now that I have, I have no idea how to tell you." He said nervously scratching the back of his neck."How to tell me what?" I asked. "Well...Um..There's this thing with the band and...I think...That maybe...What I'm trying to say is?" He stammered as I pulled away even farther from him creating a good amount of space between us. Not again. Can it be? "Is what?" I asked crossing my arms over my chest. I'm ready.
