I continued to grow even more nervous than before. I thought your nerves were suppose to calm after a while. I kept sucking at my teeth as if someone was watching me. And to be honest,  someone was.  I just didn't know where they were watching me from or who they are. It was so strange. I felt like I knew exactly who it was but I can't tell. I took a deep breath as I heard the restaurant bells ring. He was here and I was ready for this one. I'm not going to be all weird. At all.

"Hey." I stood up. "Hi." He smiled motioning to the chair. I smiled sitting back down. "I showed." I joked. He chuckled.  "I see. And you look lovely." He said. I smiled mouthing a "thank you."  I looked at him and he didn't look too bad himself.  "I'm glad you came. I have been trying to get you to come out of your she'll for a while now." He said. "I'm sure you already heard the story. So I'm not going to bore you. Tell me about yourself. " I said as the waiter came up to us. This was going to be okay.

After dinner, we just walked around the town making small talk. I haven't felt this good in a long time. I felt like I was just getting air in my lungs. It was cool. Refreshing.  I could hear my heart beating wildly in my chest as I looked at the night sky. It hasn't changed much since I last seen it but it sure as hell felt different. I felt warmer. But that was because he gave me his jacket. I smiled looking up at him. He is so different from...him. Much more than different. Unique.

"Look at you. You're a mess." He smirked. I rolled my eyes picking the grass from my hair. "It's your fault. How could you just do that?" I asked. "Because then I would've missed that face." He poked my cheeks. I growled.  "Ross Lynch." I threatened.  "Laura Marano." He poked. I grabbed him by his jacket and swung him.  It failed because I was swinging with him. I yelped as he laughed his head off. "I hate you." I said rolling away from him. He chuckled. "In a matter of time, that will change baby." He said rolling after me.

I rolled my eyes. He chuckled. That chuckle. I could still hear it even after he was done. I smiled widely freaking him out a bit."What?" He asked. I shyly traced circles on his chest. He smiled and looked into my eyes. "What?" He asked once again. I shook my head. He rolled me onto my back poking at me. I giggled giving in. "Your just so handsome." I say. He smirks. "I know." He says leaning down pressing those tender lips against mine. I smile and chuckle. "Never change." He whispered. I nodded as he leaned closer to my ear nibbling on it.

"Did you enjoy yourself?" He asked. I smiled. "I did. Thank you. Its been a while since I went out and actually enjoyed myself." I say. He smiles. "I'm glad I could help." He said."I know I haven't been the best to hang out with but thank you for sticking by me." I say. "I will always be here for you. You know what right?" He asked. I cringed. "I wouldn't know." I mumbled. He looked at the night sky. "Your even more beautiful." He says. I smile and push his shoulder. "Stop."  I say.

"Just being honest." He shrugged. I chuckled as we approached my house. "Thank you once again." I say. "Anytime." He smiles. "I had fun." I say placing a kiss on his cheek. "So did I." He blushed. "Goodnight." I smiled. "Goodnight." He said backing away. I giggled seeing him walk off in a state of "awe". I could see his insides twisting and turning with excitement but he knows I'm watching so he's trying to remain calm. I unlocked the door chuckling to myself. As soon as I walk in, I see a note from Vanessa. 'Get him out.' I raise an eyebrow.

May the lord love me and help me. "What are you doing in my house?" I asked. "I came to see you. I just wanted to talk to you." He said. I rolled my eyes. "I don't want to talk to you. And please leave me alone." I said motioning to the door. "I just want to talk about what happened." He said. I groaned. "Yes. What ever happened,  happened. Leave it be and move on." I say. "Move on? Why? I know you felt sonething." He said approaching me. I moved away from him and looked away.

"It was just drunken sex. Nothing more and nothing less. I'd like it if you left my home noiw please." I say looking into his eyes. That air tight smirk that was always on his face was now gone.  "I know you don't mean that." He said. "Yes I do Andy. I sincerely do. Now please leave my house before I call the police." I threaten. He stares at me for a brief moment. His lips moving but no words were coming out. He sighed and made his way out of the house. I sighed of relief. God damn.

There was some part of me that felt like I was going to regret that. But soon all of my worries faded. I was happy. Days went by. Those days turned into weeks and those weeks turned into months. Scott and I were together but not together. It was best that way. I didn't feel comfortable calling it a relationship and he said he'd wait til I was ready and that's all I could ask for really. He's turned my life around and I'm so excited to share more adventures with the kid. Vanessa decided we should take a trip and honestly it's been amazing so far.
