❀Rose Emerson❀"Hey, Madelyn.. I miss you.." I start to say as a sob comes out.
"I guess you could say that I.. Found myself.. Uh, I'm living with my real parents now and they are very kind people." I say. "I've also got an older brother! He's amazing. Oh! I forgot to mention that I'm also dating.. If you can say that.. Someone who is just very sweet and whenever he's near me my heart warms up."
"Erm, I don't think I've ever mentioned this because I haven't.. Well, Henry constantly hurt me after your death. It hurt, mama. You were honestly a great mother to me and I will alway appreciate that. Thank you for taking care of me and loving me as your own. I love you and always will. Bye.. I guess.."
I wipe the tears away and stand up from the ground. I stare at her tombstone before turn away and leaving the cemetery.
I walk and walk and walk until I am face to face with one of my walls made of roses. I bring it down and they wrap around the trees as if they were Christmas lights.
I do the same to the other walls and they do the same of wrapping around the trees. A few feet away is see members of the pack in training.
I go to where they are and look at all of their strategies. I want to learn to fight too.
"I guess you finally decided to wake up." A voice beside me spits out.
I turn to look at her and roll my eyes.
"What do you want, Madison?" I ask.
"Oh, nothing at all." She smirks. "How's that hot alpha of yours?"
I glare at her. "He's fine."
I turn around and start to walk away from her.
Oh, but she doesn't have enough of it and follows behind me.
"Heard your brother found his mate.." She says.
"Yes, he did. Why does it matter?" I say.
She chuckles. "It's because she also happened to have attacked you."
"I know." I mumble.
"Your injuries were pretty nasty. No one would've survived them even with the sliver injected into them."
"So I've heard."
I continue to as she continues to follow me.
Why is she following me?
"You looked almost dead during your.." Madison stops talking and I turn to look at her. Her eyes are wide and she has her hand to her mouth.
"As you were saying..." I say.
She shakes her head side to side with her still widened eyes. "It's nothing."
I raise my eyebrow and realize that Madison's clique isn't with her.
"Where's your friends?" I ask.
"Oh, um, they're somewhere around here." She says with an odd smile.
"Okay..." I trail off. "Well, I'm going to go. This conversation is over. Have a good day."
I turn around once again and walk back to the house where for sure everyone is freaking out.

"I'm sorry I ran. I really am! I just had to do something important." I exclaim for the hundredth time.
When I came home I was bombarded by questions. We are now in the living room still discussing where I had been.
"What was so important that you had to run out of the hospital without telling anyone of your whereabouts?" My mom questions.
