I took my phone carefully not to wake Lexi up.
*Phone converstation between me and Ben*
Me:"Hey what's up in that early hours?"
Ben:"Hey I just got a call from the hospital,they said Danny's status is worst than it was...."
Me:"What the fuck dude?"
Ben:*deep breath* "Could you two come here,at the hospital?"
Me:"Of course,we're getting ready"
*hung up*
I was still shocked what Ben said when Lexi woke up from herself.
"Who was it?"-she asked.
"It was Ben...Danny got worse than he was."
"Oh my god,get your ass up and go see them"
We got out of bed and she went in the bathroom to get ready.
I opened my wardrobe what should I wear,I was in underwear.
I picked up a blue ripped jeans,a black skinny T-shirt,and black socks,then went down to make breakfast.
Lexi's POV
I finished the shower and dressed up,I took a black ripped skinny jeans,Bullet For My Valetine tank top.
I put my hair in a bun,made a winged eyeliner and nude lipstick.
I picked up a grey socks and slipped in my black converse.
I picked up my phone,my identity cards and ran down
"Are you ready love?-I asked him
"I made a little breakfast,eat a bit and we can go"-he said and kissed my forehead.
I took a fork and as fast as I could eat my breakfast,James still ate.
"I light up a cigarette while you're eating"-I rubbed his back and he nodded.
I stood outside,in front of the house,and I saw a funeral car went down the street,I felt so bad...I started to shaking,I ran back,and hugged James tight who still ate his food and I started to cry.
"What happened sweetheart?"-he hugged back and rubbed my back
"A funeral car went down the street,I'm worried about Danny"
"Calm down,he's gonna be alright,he didn't die and he won't,he's strong,we go now"-he hugged me,picked up the car keys,locked the door and we got in the car.
He opened the windows and lit up a cigarette,I did the same,I was nervous.
When we arrived,James parked the car,I nearly tore the door,and ran in the hospital,James ran after me.
I reached the reception and a tall blonde,slim girl stood in.
She was really negative.
"What do you want?"-she just threw that question to us.
"We want to see Daniel Robert Worsnop."-I said out of my breath,James got my back.
All I saw is the girl is starred James with passion and I got fucking mad.
"I fucking said we want to see Daniel Worsnop."-I tried to calm myself,so James do.
"Alright. Alright. Sign this and you can go. I bet you two knows the room."-she threw the papers in front of us,we signed it and I said:
"Yeah,we know,thanks."-and we headed fast to the lads,all of them were already there.
"What's going on?"-James asked them.
"Well...in few minutes they gonna take him for an operation."-Sam said,he seemed like sleepy and nervous.
"Samantha gonna arrive soon"-Ben walked slowly toward us.
I hugged him,and he looked like shit either.
"He's gonna be alright Benny"-I rubbed his back.
We sat and waited the news from the doctors,one and a half hours left from the operation.
,then Samantha arrived.
"Ohh Ben..."-she only could say that,then hugged him.
I held James hand for hours now,I rested my head on his chest,then Samantha came up to us,I stood up and I held her hand,we both shaked it.
"I heard a lot about you"-she said and smiled.
"As I heard a lot about you"-I smiled back.
"I guess we can talk personally later,we should support the guys now"-she said quietly and sat down next to Ben,I sat back to James,as I was.
James's POV
Lexi was in my arms,as Ben was in Samantha's arm,he really needed it.
After the long long waiting the doctor came up.
"Doctor,what can you say?"-Cam asked first,he jumped up.
"Well,the operation went without any problem. But I can't see much chance to turn out good....we'll see how he gonna recover."-he said,Ben got much paler than he actually was.
Samantha hugged him behind and tried to calm him
Then Brittany appeared.
She asked the same from the doctor finally she said:
"He's gonna be fine,he's strong"-Sam hugged her.
"When we can go to see him?"-I asked.
"Tomorrow. But it would be better to everyone if you all would go home and take a long sleep.
All of you look so tired,I can recommend you a great chinese tea which make you to fall asleep easily."-the doctor said.
"I'm interested in"-Samantha said
"Well... for a restless mind unable to sleep, sour jujube seed, Chinese arborvitae kernel, tuber fleeceflower stem orschisandra can be used to make a tea; for insomnia due to mental fatigue, a tea made from longan aril, red dates, wolfberry or ginseng are helpful."- he suggested -"Mr.Bruce,I'm still keep that promise that I'm gonna call you if something worse happens alright?"
"Certainly"-Ben replied.
We walked out: Ben on Samantha's side,Sam on Brittany's side,me and Lexi hand in hand,and Cameron walked next to me.
"Uhm..James.."-he started.
"Yeah?"-I asked
"Well...Brandi texted me about what's going on with you,because she's afraid to text you..."-he started.
"Oh well,she's gonna see it through the social media,and she's better to afraid."-I said and kissed my love.
"Could you take me home mate?-he asked
"Of course"-I nodded when I got in the car.
We dropped Cam at Haley's house,and we headed to home.
"Babe,we should go and buy food shouldn't we?"-she suggested
"You're right,then go and get some food"-now we headed to the grocery store.
"Who died then?"-she asked
"I don't have clue,but don't think about death...enjoy life and we'll see what's our destiny"-I answered and we went in the shop.
We finished,and went home.
She started to put everything in the fridge when my phone rang.
It was my mom.
"Sweetheart,my mom invited us for a dinner,would you like to go?"-I asked her while I hung up the phone.
"Certainly,it'll be fun"-she said but I still felt she's nervous.
"Then we should get ready"-I kissed her forehead and we went to get ready.
When we finished,we sat in the car,and headed to my parents' place.
When we arrived,I glanced a familiar car.
-oh fuck...no -I thought.
The car was actually fucking Brandi's car.I know I should let Lexi know it.
"Uhm...sweetheart..."-I started.
"Yes?"
"That car is fucking Brandi's car."
"So that's why you freezed. Why she's there?"
"I don't know,but I'm sure that my mom knows it....."-I finally said and we got out of the car when the door opened,and my mom pushed Brandi out of the house very roughly.
"So she didn't know either"-Lexi laughed.
I felt embarrassed so I took her hand and walked to my mom as Brandi sat in her car,I felt if she'd stare us like hell.
