Chapter 30- Trust Issues

Sitting down in the pure cold floor,you waited.....and waited.....and waited. Your feet were chained tightly on to the white wall you were leaning on,the door was really far away and no key was around to set the chains free from your feet.

There was no escape,you knew it.

You've been inside the lab for at least five days or more. You weren't really sure,the pain you've been getting lately came often than before. Williams would often come by to give you pills,write down while keeping track of who knows what and give you food.

'Y/N...'

'Yes?'

'What do you have planned?'

'Nothing.'

'Nothing? Not even a tiny bit of an idea?'

'Nope,I feel better thanks to the pills Williams has been giving me though.' you smiled alittle at yourself.

'Y/N... We need to escape and you know it. Think,think. You can't rely on Slender coming and rescuing you.'

'I haven't been relying on Slender nor anyone else... I'm chained,the only people that could have the keys are either Williams or Zalgo,but the bigger possibility would be Williams.' you stated.

'Still,you need to try. You've been here for a while,don't you think it's time to end that?'

You thought about it for a moment,the voice was right,'You're right... But I'll need more time to think,an idea won't pop just out of thin air.' your thoughts were then broken when you heard the door open. Hearing footsteps getting closer,you already knew what he came to do so you just allowed it to happen. You needed to think of a way to escape,but there's no possibility of getting set free by the chains.

The brown haired male carefully placed the plate and a glass of water next to you as he walked towards his chair and sat down while watching you. You looked at the plate,it was another turkey sandwich. Taking a bite out the sandwich,you take another one after the other as you slowly swallow and dranked some water.

"Has your head been hurting much lately?" he asked,you only shook your head and took another bite of your sandwich. Nodding,he takes out his pen and starts writting down on his notes. You felt your foot fall asleep so you decide to shake it in order to wake it up,it felt really tingly and it happened really often cause of the chain. Feeling your other foot sleeping,you sighed and shook both of your feet. It was constantly happening and it was annoying to shake them time to time.

"It happens often,doesn't it?" he asked and you nodded once again. Finishing writting something down,he stood up from his chair and walked over to you. Was he going to drug you or let you go from the chains? It was a fifty-fifty possibility. He kneeled down as he took out a key and unlocked your left foot first,"But... Just know this is temporary so don't think about escaping,which I doubt would be successful anyway." he warned as you nodded and unlocked your right foot.

As soon as he did so,you were getting ready to sprint towards the door but then you remembered what he had told you. But maybe you had a chance! No,Zalgo is out there and he wouldn't have a problem throwing one of this fireballs at you. Instead,you slowly stood up and stretched your legs,"Ahh.... Finally." you mumbled out as you also stretched your arms.

He stood right infront of you as he analyzed you carefully from head to toe. Nothing seemed unusual from your body nor your health,you seemed perfectly fine and in good shape. Without saying a word,he grabbed the plate and glass and headed out the door,confused,you questioned him,"Where are you going?". Giving you a small wave and walking out the door,was the only response you got.
