Blue eyes looked around the room before nodding in satisfaction. Sighing in relief, they allowed their body to collapse on the soft fabric. His eyes were closed, his cheek against the comfortable white pillow, making him sigh once again. He was tired from unpacking, they had to unpack quickly since they had school soon so they wasted no time. It was sort of annoying to the brown haired male, but he had no choice but to deal with it.

"Knock knock" a voice said a few feet away, their knuckles knocking on the wooden door.

Jeff didn't reply, knowing who the voice belonged to. "What?" Jeff asked, footsteps echoing closer to him.

"You're already tired, Jeff?" Liu's soft voice asked, raising an eyebrow at his brother.

"Mhm" the brother simply hummed, making Liu sigh.

"We haven't even eaten dinner yet..." Liu commented. "Aren't you excited Jeff? This house is bigger than the old one, now we don't have to sleep together anymore." he joked.

"Thank the heavens. They have answered my prayers." Jeff responded, turning his body over and faced his brother, placing his hands under his head as he smirked.

"And I was getting used to sleeping with my little brother." Liu said as he messed with Jeff's dark brown hair.

The male groaned and slapped his hands away, making Liu giggle. Jeff huffed and crossed his arms over his chest, staring up at the ceiling. He couldn't get the feeling off his chest, he was getting a strange feeling just like earlier and it wouldn't shrug off.

Liu noticed his expression change, his green eyes stared down at his brother's face as he asked "What's wrong?" in a worried tone. Being a big brother, he had to look out for his little brother after all.

"It's just that... I have a bad feeling about this." Jeff confessed, scratching his head. "I don't know how to explain it, but it's just there."

His brother frowned a bit, seeing his brother over think a feeling worried him. "It's probably just your nerves." Liu reasoned, sitting down next to his brother. "We just arrived and left our old home, it's only natural to feel nervous." he continued to explain, wanting to assure his little brother. Silence filled the room for a second or two before Jeff started speaking again.

"I know but---"

A pillow collided with Jeff's face as he spoke, making his sit up immediately, an angry expression on his features. "What the hell man?!" he yelled as Liu laughed. Jeff glared at his brother, his hands swung to hit his shoulder but he missed as Liu was faster and sat up on the bed.

The older brother giggled as he held a pillow against his chest, "Give this place a chance, it can't be that bad. I promise" Liu announced, poking his small finger out.

"We're too old to be making pinky promises!" Jeff yelled at his brother, embarrassed by his brother's action. His brother only laughed lightly at Jeff's remark, making Jeff sigh and look away.

"Jeff," Liu called his brother out, making him turn his attention to him. His green eyes connected with Jeff's blue own "have I ever broken a promise?" he asked, a small smile on his face.

The younger brother looked away before his own small finger wrapped around his brother's. "N-no..." Jeff replied.

Liu couldn't help but smile at his brother, his hand reached out and messed with his hair once again, making Jeff groan and swing his arm. Suddenly a strong force pushed Liu back, he fell down on the floor but not too hard. Jeff had punched the pillow on his chest, a satisfied smile on his face. "That's for earlier with the pillow." The older brother looked up at Jeff and glared for a second before his expression soften. It was the first time seeing Jeff smile since they arrived.
