Chapter 13- Who will you trust?

"Jeff, give me the remote!"

"No way! It's my turn to choose what I wanna watch!" Jeff yelled at the boy who was still holding on to the remote.

"Guys,stop fight---?!" before the masked male could process what was happening,he was pulled in between the teens who were kicking and punching to get the remote. Masky was trying to get away but was being pulled back when the teens would get closer to try to hit each other. Hoodie was trying to pull him out but failed,terrified he would end up like his partner.

"For god sake! Give me that!" Jane managed to steal the remote from the two,while they were groaning and growling,Hoodie went over and pulled Masky over to another couch,trying to bring his now unconscious partner back to reality.

Browsing thru the channels,Jane stopped at the news. In response,more growls were heard. Yelling them to shut up,they gave up and decided to go with it.

Jeff still wasn't satisfied,but then something on the news caught his attention as his eyes got wider. 'Is that...no way. Is it? It looks like...' his thoughts were broken once BEN spoke. "Hey Jeff,isn't that Y/N's house?" asked the hatted elf.

'So it wasn't just me,uh?' he thought once more. The smiling killer nodded,"Yup. That's her house,alright." assured him.

"Still regret watching the news,dork?" chuckled Jane. Jeff rolled his eyes in response,"Shut it sl*t. I want to hear what's happening.".

"Sure Sally! But playing time will have to wait till I'm done training. Slenderman says I'll be training with Toby today,and I can't miss it." you explained to the little girl. She pouted,"But Y/N! I wanna play with you now!". You smiled at her and getting on her height kneeling down to her,"Tell you what, after training I'll play with you dress up. How does that sound,sweetie?".

She clapped her hands excitedly and wrapped her tiny hands around your neck,hugging you tightly. "Yay! I'll be waiting for you,sis!" letting go,she skipped back to her room giggling. You laughed alittle and headed down stairs.

Walking inside the livingroom,you see everyone watching the news.

"Hey guys. What are you---" your gaze fell on the news too. You see your house covered with cops. Your eyes widen in surprised,'What's going on?' you thought.

"Since yesterday,we've found M/F/N M/L/N dead in her own house. She was found dead in the living room. No evidence was found that she was killed by someone,but police found pills next to her dead body. Therefore,they say it was a suicide. Neighbors described that Miss M/L/N was going thru depression when she found out her daughter was taken away. Police are still in the search for F/N L/N, M/F/N's daughter. Nothing more was found than her body and pills,atleast thats what we've been told from the police. That's all we have,now that---"

Jane turned off the TV. Everyone was silent,not daring to make a sound.

'My mother... Is she really,dead? No,she's strong...unless thats what I thought...? No no no,I don't believe it!'

Everyone's gaze sooned switched to yours,staring at you. But then you realize that they weren't looking at you,but behind you.

Feeling a presence behind you,you turned around to see Slenderman himself. You looked at him where his eyes were suppose to be,trying not to cry infront of him. Not wanting to show your weakness,you walked away from the living room. A voice soon stopped you in your tracks,"Child, I'm sorry for what happened. We had nothing to do with this---" turning around,you faced Slenderman. Your eyes red,a tear rolled down your eye,clutching your first. "Slenderman,I have no words right now. So....please just don't bother me.". "But child, let me explain. I---" your hand hit the table next to you,making the flower vase fall and break."THERE'S NOTHING TO EXPLAIN,SLENDER! MY MOM'S DEAD,NOTHING ELSE. I DON'T EVEN CARE IF ZALGO COMES OR IF THOSE ARMS COME AND DRAG ME INTO THE DARKNESS ANYMORE! SO SLENDER,IF YOU WANT TO EXPLAIN,I ALREADY HAVE IT COVERED!" you yelled at The Slenderman.

You were mad,no,beyond mad. Right now,the only thing you wanted to do is die. You could finally join in with your mom and dad.

Running out of the living room and towards the door,you hear a voice calling your name. Ignoring it you keep running out of the mansion and into the woods. You didn't care at all if you got lost or not,you just wanted to get away as far as you could. Hot tears rolling down your cheeks,not wanting to stop running,you use your right arm and wipe the tears away.

Growling at the voice,you ignore it too and keep running. Without you realizing,you were running pretty fast,you even admitted it.

You heard a voice call your name again. "God dammit! Stupid voices,leave me alone!!" you said in an annoyed tone. Before you knew it,you bumped into someone and you fell to the ground,butt first. Groaning,you stand back on your feet and observe your opponent. To your surprise,he looked familiar. But you couldn't quite put your finger on it.

'Why does he look so familiar?' you thought as you tiltled your head,not letting your guard down.

"Y/N? Is that really you?" asked the male. Surprised,you didn't know how to react. "Where haved I seen you before?" you asked,walking around him in a circle. He smiled at you,you gave a confused look,"Just call me Williams." he anwsered and chuckled.

Your eyes widen in surprised. It was Officer Williams,the cop from that night you were attacked by Jeff. "Officer W-williams!" you ranned towards him and hugged him tightly,and broke into tears in his chest.

"Woah." he stumbled alittle but didn't fall. He wrapped his arms around your back and petted your hair. You found it alittle weird but you didnt care. "There,there,Y/N. Don't cry." he assured you with a smile. Looking up at his gray eyes,you smiled back. Pulling yourself away from his chest,"Wh-what are you d-doing here,Williams?" you asked. He chuckled in response.

Looking at his form,he was probably around 6'1. Your eyes widen in surprise when you looked at his clothing. He wore a black leather jacket with a gray shirt and jeans. Taking a few steps away from him,"You...wait...were you...I..." you couldn't think clearly somehow.

Again,you heard a voice call your name but it wasn't coming from your head. It was coming from inside the forest.

"Y/N! Finally I found---" stopping on his words,he growls at Williams while stepping closer towards you. Looking at Jeff then back at Williams,you had no idea what was going on.

"Williams..." he got closer to you and put you behind him,protectively.

Williams smirked alittle,"Jeffrey. Nice to see you again,how's Slenderman doing? " he asked with a chuckle. Jeff's eye grew a deep red glow,the monster inside him growling for him to attack. But Jeff controlled himself,"As if I would ever tell you,d!psh!t.". Williams laughed in response,"My my,you never change,do you Jeff?". Taking a step closer towars the two of you,Jeff took his knife out and pointed it at him in a threatening way. "Don't touch her." Jeff warned in a response.

Before you knew it,Williams sprinted around Jeff and grabbed your hand,but before he could take you,Jeff was holding on to your other hand.

"Let go,Jeff." ordered the brown haired male.

Jeff laughed,"Not happening. Let her go before I make you go to sleep.", his eyes soon turned into a dark glare at Williams.

"Stop!" you yelled and pulled yourself away from both males. "What the hell is going on?" you asked in a confused and pissed off voice.

"Y/N,take my hand." reaching his hand out at you,"Jeff's a criminal. C'mon,I'll take you back to the police station." he said in a sweet tone and a smile.

Jeff growled. "Don't believe him,Y/N! He's just f^cking with your head!" he reached his hand out at you,"Y/N,take my hand. Let Slender explain all of this misunderstanding." he said in a sincere tone.

'Who will you trust,Y/N?' asked a voice in your head,laughing.
