Chapter Fourteen

Ivy's POV 

I groaned out of pure pain and looked around nearly shocked at what I see. "Oh my god," I mumbled when I saw demons apon demons. "Princess?" One asked carefully that when I realized I probably looked so much like Katherine that they didn't know whose who. "Wait, she's out? Thank god," I sighed in relief and looked behind me to see the portal disappeared. "Goddammit! Can't anything go right?" I screamed loudly only to hear a soft voice. "Are you okay princess Ivy?" Well at least they know who I am. "No, I want to e with my sister," I started to tear up feeling strong arms around me. I looked to see a cloaked figure who picked me up. 

I barely noticed the man but I say his eyes flash a blue, Dad. But there was something off about the man. Like he wasn't my dad but yet he looked so much like him. "Child you won't survive here, you're human not a demon," anger filled me. I don't belong anywhere. A little spark of electricity hit the man and he dropped me. Dad wouldn't do that, he's immune to it cuz I'm his kid. "You son of a bitch!" He yelled loudly causing me to scramble away from him and run. Those things ran after me but I sure as hell wasn't ready to die just yet. I screamed loudly when one jumped at me. I then realized I had a damn sword in my belt so I pulled it out and slashed at any of those things that jumpe at me. Killing them in the process. 

I finally found the man who dropped me and I snarled. It surprise me but I did it anyway. "Ivy come with me," he spoke so I electrocuted his ass. Thing was he didn't do anything, immune. "Dad?" I asked tilting my head to the side. "Yes Ivy, we need to get you out and to your friends, or Soren I going to Max and Katherine,"  I nodded to my dad and follows him as he ran to a different room. One with a portal.  Oh thank god. I was about to run to it when dad stopped me. "Careful when you get back, since your only half good and half bad one side will be more dominating wherever you go, here it's your own demon, out there you're similar to Soren, not completely though," he smiled before kissing my head. 

"Wait aren't you coming with me?" I wanted my dad with me. "I'm sorry Ivy but I have to break the portals here to stop them from starting the war, I promise I'll get back to you and your sister," he pushed me though the portal before I heard a good solid smash. I groaned and looked up berry able to here my sister say Max's name and Soren looked right at me. "Ivy!" He screamed quickly engulfing me into a hug. "Slow down traveling though portals is a bitch," I tried to pull away but couldn't his to his strong grip.  "You have to apologize," I said without thinking. 

"For what?" Soren gave me one of those confused looks. "For dropping my sister," my eyes were closed so it shocked us all that I just so happened to know that.
